I do like this olive oil. It is really good for cooking with higher heat, and has a very light and nice taste. I use it to sear meats before baking them (in a crockpot), as well as using it to make rustic Italian bread (it makes it so good!). The bottles are a bit heavy, but the handle makes it easier to handle them (even with my arthritic hands), and the spout makes pouring less messy than most bottles.

Fantastic price on the day this was bought. Really good for cooking. Just use it like any other cooking oil really.

Good price legitimate product and better pricing than local supermarkets recommended

I have been using Pompeian olive oil for quite some time and decided to try this mild-tasting olive oil after reading that it might be better for sautéing, especially at higher temperatures in my cast-iron pan. It had a pleasant smell and a light flavor, being of the same high quality that I have always expected from the brand. It did a great job cooking without overheating and seemed very heat-tolerant, giving me the benefits of healthier cooking and great flavor.

We all use olive oil. I use a lot of olive oil... This is a very large bottle. It is going to last me a long time. It has a noticeably softer taste, which is good, since i don't like the overwhelming taste some olive oil has. If that sounds good to you, grab a bottle and you will be happy for a while, at least until it runs out and you have to buy it again. Its a little expensive, but its cheaper than buying a lot of little bottles, so if you go through a lot of olive oil like i do, do yourself a favor and grab yourself one of these bad boys. The only con i can think of is the weird looks your friends might give you if they see this massive bottle of olive oil on your counter. It seriously looks like a bottle of something you are about to pour into your car.
