Very easy to use, gentle stretching, totally controlled by the other hand and gets the injured joint moving gradually. Wish I’d had this years ago for a long term shoulder injury. Would thoroughly recommend.

A good product which is great as it hasn’t damaged my door in anyway. Had a total shoulder replacement when purchased. Was great for my recovery. However I would have been happier had it been easier to adjust to lift my arms higher

Also you have markers on the rope, so you can write down your progress of your activities, as how far you can stretch your arms. This is a good item as you can hang it on your door. Used everyday. Doesn't give much resistance, but certainly better than nothing for a older person with shoulder issues to try and retain some mobility. Easy to set up and use - we've hung it over the front door. You need to be able to stretch out both arms sideways to maximise use.

Excellent product. Came in one piece, reasonable price. Took out of the package, attached to the door and started using immediately.

Only had this for a short time but it does appear to be helping my rotator cuff pain. However, at 5’ 4” I have to stand a good distance away from the wall, or sit on a chair, to do the exercises.
