They are circum-aural, a term which never should have been dropped because it means "around the ears." In current usage, the term over-ears is used, but is simply unclear.

What is the sound leakage when listening to music? Will the people around me hear my music as well?

You have to play music at a high volume for others close around you to hear it. The headphone has little sound leakage, but if others around you can hear music well, you are probably listening at a level unsafe for yourself. When I let my grandson use them, I did not hear sounds. Hope this helps

How well it work when fuction as noise cancellation?

Funny you ask......i just mowed my lawn with them yesterday. They block out enough noise that i dont have to turn them all the way up when mowing the lawn. I have a 22HP ride on mower so it is loud.....and i listen to pandora on my samsung s3 one or two notches from the loudest setting. I am able to hear the music perfectly clear. Hope this helps.
