What are the measurements for the calf?

Idk what the boot is but My calf is 17in. And they fit great.

Best way to get the scuffs off?

The best way I have found to get the scuffs off is to use a Mr. Clean magic eraser. It does not tear or dull the finish and removes the scuffs. I did not apply a lot of pressure, didn't need to, if you scrub really hard it may damage the boot. I am not sure about that.

I wear a 7 1/2 and the the opening of the top of my calf is 15 1/2 in and mid calf is 15in would these fit?

I wear a size 10 with a 17in calf size and they fit perfect
