Work very well! The controls are very easy to use!
I’m using the chest chest mount strap, it works very good gives me plenty of light to see, reading labels and doing paperwork. The light is very bright on high I keep it on one of the lower settings.

Super bright, but also super expensive
I have a lot of headlamps and bike lights, I decided to give this one a try to see why it is so expensive and see if it is really bright like people talking about.Yes, it is BRIGHT. When on the high setting, it is the most bright lamp I have ever seen. I don't know if it is really 2500 lumen, probably not. But bright enough for pretty much anything you need to do in the night. When it is on high setting the body will soon become very hot.The first one I had after about one week, the plastic clamp broke during installation, this is the only plastic part, the lamp was made in aluminum. So I replaced it with another one, it worked well but then the battery seems to be a defective part, the running time was much shorter than the first one, it would turn off suddenly in about 20 mins or so, even it was fully charged. I contacted them they shipped another battery, so far so good. The operations can be confusing as there are two type of lamps and buttons, with each has several functions, it is really confusing to get the light you wanted. It took me a while to figure out which is which.Overall this is a good headlamp and super bright. But at $140 price tag? Probably not worth it.

Really an updated lamp for first responders. Helmet or just on your head.
This is an advancement for those who use head lamps in their job or as first responders. Several lamp brightness settings, including an infra-red, and strobe. Expensive, but worth the cost for the advantages this unit offers. USB charging, plus 110 volt.

Sooo Bright
Really impressed by how bright this is. The operation of the buttons took some time to get used to but now I feel pretty conferrable with how to operate it. This far surpasses any other headlight I have ever had. Why would anyone ever spend money on any of the cheap ones. Also another nice feature is that if down the road the battery need to be replaced you can easily replace it with a protected 18650 and your back in business.

Keeps falling off my head
This was reviewed by Scotty Kilmer who liked it. I have purchased a number of headlamps for working on my old cars and plane. Most worked ok but had limits. I figured I would step up and spend quite a bit to get what I had hoped would be a go to tool. This one is very bright. However, for the life of me, I can't get it to properly stay on my head and it will just fall off. The shifting kills the aim always seems skew off and, perhaps most annoyingly, the battery will die with little to no warning. The rechargeable batter is integrated so I must wait for it to charge to continue use. Also, the charging connection is magnetic and I found it to easily disconnect. Yes, I am more mindful about this now. Finally, the charge does not last all that long. I guess its adequate, but just so. Yes, I often must work at odd angles and in tight places, but this is kinda why a headlamp is needed. I have become frustrated when originally had high hopes. It is bright though.

Powerful I use to buy Zebra lights that last about 2 hours at 1600 Lumens I have change over
I have changed my product for all Zebra Led Flashlights to Powertac. I met Bam working a gun show he is a very professional person even if you have a off brand he tunes them up for free. The light are much lighter I sure the government are investing in these light weight flashlight to be putting Out the front 2500 ANSI lumens and last for 2 hours is no Joke I have 15 quality 18650 rechargeable Batt. Orbitronics has the best deals there 18650 with Protection are up to 3600 Mah

Heavy, heavy duty, bright...controls a bit confusing until you get used to
This light comes in a plastic case that contains the light and elastic head band. The headband is also heavy duty, which it needs to be to support this light. The first thing to note is that you have to unscrew the battery compartment and take out the paper tab in there so the battery and contacts meet each other. I didn't see where it said to do that and there wasn't a tab sticking out, so it's not obvious. This light charges with a proprietary cable that attaches magnetically. As much as I like magnetic mounts, I have come to not love proprietary cables. I don't think this light needs a magnetic charging cable like a laptop would. You can charge it without it being a trip hazard. But that's what it has.The light is bright and there are multiple modes. As you can see, there are two lights that are controlled by the buttons on top. The light has a "memory" as to what you used last and so it becomes confusing as to which button does what. The buttons work differently depending on your last use. I find this unnecessarily confusing. When you develop a muscle memory on how things work, you just want them to work the same every time. This light works differently depending on your previous setting. It's not a huge deal, but it's not my preferred way of operating. The light seems to have been designed by someone who overthought things a bit and made a simple headlamp more complicated than it needs to be.The light feels VERY durable, but only time will tell how it survives the elements and such, especially with the exposed magnetic charging port. That all said, if you're ok with the weight, you'll enjoy the nice bright light. I keep it as a backup when I'm cycling in the woods. At night, it's pitch dark and this light, along with my normal headlight keep everything lit up beautifully.

Best Headlamp on the market
Over the years I bought dozens of those rinky-dink headlamps from REI and else where, Black Diamond, Princeton Tec, Petzl, Fenix, etc, and they are all kids toys compared to the Powetac HL-10. The HL-10 is not a feather weight but is a piece of equipment I could rely on and it's range of 20 to 2500 lumens covers most applications.

Super bright, Versatile And Indestructible
I can't say enough about this headlamp. I use it more than my Fenix HM65R-T. It has excellent options and outstanding run time on high. It's built like a tank and has a larger flood zone. It shines farther than any of my headlamps. I like that it's GoPro compatible. Just Awesome. I think I bought one of the last ones and payed a premium, but sometimes you overlook the price just to get what you want. No regrets. They should be coming out with a new version. Cheers
