Stout leather, well-made, good looking, but tricky
I purchased one in black as well as this brown one. Band and watch holder fit perfectly, and are a great way to turn a pocket watch into a wrist watch. HOWEVER, take some time to work and soften the leather, which is very stiff. I damaged two watches trying to get them into the holder. The slit where the winding spindle goes is stiff enough that, even with great care, the chain fob broke off on installation. I actually snapped the spindle off another watch trying to set up the black leather version, which aside from the stiffness challenge is as well-made and good looking as the brown one. It's a recommend, but just be careful. Invest in some leather softener and take the time to get it as soft as possible before trying to install a watch.

Beautiful!
Well-made, good looking, fits nicely, has a very rich look to it. The seller was terrific with communication and I especially like the Business card with his family photo on it I thought that was a nice touch!
