This isn’t waxy or waterproof. I’ve been using this product instead of foundation for several years. I use moisturizer under because my skin is so dry but it gives me a glowing coverage that is something you just can’t find in foundation but still with SPF coverage. I just use normal face wash.

Q: Can I use this as a moisturizer?

It is very moisturizing but it has color to it so it's more like a light foundation. It gives you a very dewy look which I like in the summer. I guess if you want to you could put it under foundation.
