Good heavy duty chains

As others have said, these are silver not gold like the picture shows so your not gonna get your bling on with these. Do they work?? I hope I never need to find out…..

Really hoped these came WITH the goosebox. Understanding that they may or may not be required depending on your local laws. Reese should be throwing these in the box when you buy the goosebox.

This kit is one heck of a chain and will certainly meet its purpose. If your looking for heavy duty, 20k, chains, these will fit the bill.

I do like these chains. Look very heavy duty for my new Reese goosebox 20k hitch.Dislikes are that they don't match the picture. I ordered gold to be stylish but got silver. Will they rust faster? The gold coating is Zinc Chromate. These have none.I asked my wife if my eyes were playing a trick on me like the black and blue dress a couple years back. No these chains are silver and the ad shows gold.

Needed for my gooseneck, easy to install and good length.

Will not know if they work until they are needed. They look great, well made.

*update * The chain is advertised with a yellow zinc finish though what I received is silver. After speaking with Reese technical support they informed me the 49151 says yellow zinc finish and silver color? I confirmed the links in the chain I received are the larger 3/8 inch vs 5/16 for the lighter 49150. The mounting bolts have a yellow zinc finish.Conveniently the only superficial damage to the box was the "1" in 49151 was scraped down.
