Fantastic for helping relieve pregnancy related pain and I’m sure I’ll use it so much more in the coming months. The material feels thick and high quality. Haven’t had to add anymore air since first pumping it up - the only thing I’d say is that it takes a long time with the pump so my husband used another.

Easy to assemble with clear instructions, good quality and does the job great

Being an overweight lady anyway and also 40 weeks pregnant with what turned out to be my 8lbs 9oz daughter, I was worried with some of the smaller less quality balls that I would pop or deflate them easily. So I decided to try this ball and I am so glad I did! This ball is larger than a gym ball making using it much more comfortable. It is made out of a much thicker and stronger material too. It came complete with a book of excersises for during and after labour too which was handy and the provided foot pump looked incredibly easy to use (though I did sit eating a chocolate orange whilst my watching my husband pump it up so I can't really comment haha) Overall I give this ball a 10/10 We have 3 children together, which means I've had 3 labour's, and I wish I had discovered this ball with my older 2 as it was a real game changer! It really helped relieve my spd pains too, which if you're looking at birthing balls I'm sure 90% of you will know what those are without the need to Google search it! I bought this primarily for pregnancy back in 2021 with baby 1, but have used for exercise as well. I'm writing this review in 2025 while pregnant with baby 2. The ball itself is great. Non slip, sturdy, bouncy. I haven't used other balls so can't compare to anything else. I was mostly sold on its reputation. But the inflation... Oh my god. The foot pump is poor quality and falls apart very quickly (as soon as I bought it back in 2021), I cellotaped it up and am using it again now to blow the ball up at I don't have anything else I can use to hand. Any claims that this takes "minutes" are false unless they're using a different pump, although the cellotape may be contributing factor. This has taken me a solid 45 mins so far and I still have a bit to go (following instructions to leave at 80% for a day).

Fantastic! Comfortable and feels secure. It does take 24hours before it can be used but worth it. Definitely read the instructions carefully

When I originally bought this ball I didn’t think I was even going to use it as the back and pelvic pain weren’t too bad at the time. Then the third trimester started and WOW am I glad I bought this ball, it helps take so much pressure off my back and pelvic area !! Comes with a handy exercise book too so you’re guided through pictures and can make the most of your ball. Also comes with a handy foot pump and measurement guide, very easy and easy quick the pump up.

Love this birth ball. I feel very safe sitting on it, and have used it for exercises to prepare for labour, as support during labour and to help bounce the baby while feeding afterwards. It's quite fun to exercise on, and bouncing or rolling my hips on it during early contractions really helped. And for babies that only want to eat while being rocked or bounced it saves you having to be up on your feet the whole time and exhausting your back. The booklet that comes with the ball has useful, clearly explained exercises and tips. The pump works fine; I had to pump it more with my hands than my feet as I found the pump kept escaping from under me, but I managed it quite far into my pregnancy - it just took a while. You could do it quicker with an electric pump but I think what you get is good value for money.

easy to inflate, just follow the instructions. comes with a handy pregnancy book explaining different exercises to do with the birth ball according to different trimesters. also has good info regarding birth and nutrition in general.

Used it a lot in my third trimester for exercising and also working from home - helped with the back pain. Now we use it to rock baby to sleep. The nude color is more pinkish imo.

I was using this ball during my pregnancy, and when my contractions started i only could sit on it, and now I’m using for my baby.
