Arrived in great condition, fishy taste as expected
I’ve never had bottarga before, so I really can’t comment on the taste in any informed way, but this arrived looking just as pictured, in good condition. It has a very fishy, salty taste, as I expected. I grated a little on some pasta and it was ok, but a little bit too bitter/extra fishy for my tastes. I added a bit more butter and a dash of lemon juice and it was ok, but probably not something I’ll seek out in the future.
