How wide is the frame?

The frame is not labelled with width. However, I measured its inner width between the bows right behind the wraparound lens. This width is 128 mm. Hope this helps.

Yes, even the magnifier lens is polarized.

Are these anti-fog & anti-glare?

I don't believe that these are anti-fog glasses. But I can tell I have ever had an issue with them fogging up. Not have I ever had an issue with glare with them. They are polarized. No polarized glasses have glare that I know of. I will tell you this, for the price, you will not beat these glasses. I told my eye doctor about them and he bought a pair.
