Absolutely fantastic ! Size is great, holds more than appearance shows. Used for Terrayki meatballs, then for our Turkey gravy. Simply put preheated food in , place locking lid and boom!!! Heat retention is great! Purchased the red. Received questions on where purchased…lol

Very good food warmer. If you put hot food in it, it will stay hot for 8 to 10 hours.

Not what expected from cello!
Didn't make it to my expectations!! I had a 10 year older model( the same one) of this hotcase. I had ordered it to match the other 2 hotcases of the prev. set but on delivery I found out that the two were very much different. The new one was shallower than the older one and the insulation material had been reduced so it is not as efficient as the older one.
