These are absolutely by far the best overnight diaper I have used. They never leak no matter what volume of liquid I empty into them at night. they have some special material that really absorbs & protects with odor. I used them when I had a hip replacement so I wouldn’t have to get my husband out of bed at night to help me into the bathroom. You don’t notice the wetness that much either, they have some kind of wicking property. It is so wonderful that my husband and I can sleep uninterrupted all through the night. My only complaint which has nothing to do with the diaper is it took so long to receive them. A few years ago I had an ankle replacement & I was able to get them in a couple of days. If you know you are going to need them ahead of time I would order them right away. It took me 8 days to get them last time. I have tried many other brands & these are the best. They also have adjustable tabs which are much easier to get on and off than the pull on type, which are much less absorbent too. I am 5’ 3/4” & weigh 95 lbs. & wear the medium. & they work fine, although I may be able to wear a small. I’ve never tried, since I’m so happy with these.

These diapers are awesome. Very absorbent and comfortable. I can go out for a long outing. And no worries of leaks. They are also great for over night. They perfrom as good as diapers costing more. Im very happy with them. The cons. I had a few split in the back. Update i figured out how to put them on. Snug enough not to split. They are performing great now.

I had used them for a while, but got annoyed by the way you put them on / kind of weak stickers on the sides. So instead tried all other famous brands that look like and get put on like regular underwear. No types and brands that I tried are as absorbant and dry as these things. So went back to these, not sure what they are made of but absorbancy is awesome!!!

Well, they ARE absorbent. They are, however, VERY thick--not something you would wear under clothes for the day. They are okay for night time. They are about 8 inches wide between the legs, so not particularly comfortable. But they do protect clothing and bedding!

I really liked the Maxi version, so I wanted to go a step further with these. From my experience....they were kind of hard to add to my cart for some reason. I had to do it indirectly via search results. I could not do it directly through the brands storefront page, I just kept coming back to the Maxi version. The Large size fits me perfectly (while still remaining comfortable-not always the case-), and thats great because I have been encountering Mediums that are to small and Larges that are just slightly too big. I really love the wearable comfort, the excellent absorption and the stability of the absorbed materials contained within the product (once it's been used I REALLY like the way the material inside feels) it's an incredibly comfortable tab style brief. And because it's offered in a relatively inexpensive sample pack I feel there wasn't any risk trying it. But...... I encountered a simultaneous detrimental seam failure on either side of the backside of the brief. Now, I am not sure why, or how this happened, I can say I had been wearing for 8-10 hours overnight. It had experienced moderate usage, but was not at capacity. I consider it a premature failure. IMO it seems out of character for the circumstances and based on my previous experience with this product line. I have not lost faith, but neither has my confidence been bolstered. I would likely not purchase a full case of the Ultimate variety.

I have a 33-year-old son with a brain injury who is often incontinent, and these underpants are the best I've found. He was recently in the hospital, and the techs who were responsible for changing his gown, bedding, etc. kept asking me if I had more of these because they didn't have to change the bedding if he was wearing an Ego-San, just his underwear & sometimes the pad underneath. I also like that they absorb the urine & keep it from irritating his skin. The only question I have is that the web site says they have a small (he's very tall & thin), but I can only find M & L. Would love to know if the size small is available.

These diapers are HUGE with way too much extra material at the ends! And there are only two tapes per side which makes it very hard to attach them in a way that will contain anything or protect bedding. They might be okay for an extremely large person but I will be using these as extra pads under my husband. and not ordering more.

I cannot express how incredibly satisfied I am with these diapers! The absorbency is beyond my expectations getting me through the night without any worries. The medium size for my 32in waist is perfect. While not a huge fan of cloth-backed diapers, these are about the best that I've experienced: smooth, quiet, and don't rub uncomfortably on my thighs like other brands. The hook and loop tapes refastened well a number of times, but as with most brands, I wish they could do so more times without losing their adhesiveness.
