True Schisandra is bright red bitter but sweet and is surreal in how it works. This is one of the herbs out of thousands that truly works. Added energy, better skin and sleep also in larger doses appears to increase muscle mass.

The darkest red I have found and used

This is probably one of the best schisandra berry products available, especially because it's freeze-dried whole fruit ground into powder. However, it is insanely overpriced considering that you are only getting a single ounce for about $22 (the current pricing). That's even more expensive than ginseng powder! You can get about 3 ounces of ginseng powder for that same price, and that's a root plant that takes at least 3-5 years to grow compared with schisandra berries, which grow every year on bushes. The company needs to become more reasonable about their pricing if they want customers to keep buying.

Expensive but it’s worth it

This is not certified organic as advertised. I wouldn't buy it again for this reason.

I ordered this based on it being organic. When I received the product there was nothing on the package indicating this was in fact organically grown. The only thing it said was keto!

Garbage. I received a bag of sawdust with very little schisandra berry in it. The taste, the smell, schisandra saw dust from the backwoods.
