excellent !!!!!
I have tried to find low sodium fish in the grocery stores and only found tuna pouches but they tend to have 3 times as much than these. never knew they would be so low and I could get them here ! fantastic! I cut the pouch (drain water) and put a spoon full of low sodium mayo and no salt spices in and mix and have enough fish for a small sandwich on low sodium of bread. it's cheaper and healthier for me with high blood pressure. thanks I'm glad I found it !!!!!

Healthy, Tasty and Convenient.
I really enjoy the taste, texture, convenience, and that this is a safer alternative with third party testing for less mercury and pollutants.

Good choice for wilderness trips
I use these salmon packages for my Boundary Waters Canoe trips, mainly for lunch. They work well for these purposes: sustainably wild caught and mercury tested, doesn’t need refrigeration, meets my nutritional needs for protein and macro distribution, packaging allows me to slide them into small spaces in my food pack, and containers are easy to pack out. I have recently found gluten-free/ grain-free wraps, and some small single serve portions of mayo and relish to add. Overall, they are a little pricey, but cheaper than in the grocery stores. I don’t cut the quality on my food at home, so why would I eat differently in the wilderness?
