DONT RECOMMEND - Blind motor not working after 3 months.... wrote to company for advice, no response
UPDATE- WROTE TO COMPANY DUE TO PROBLEM WITH BLIND MOTOR AFTER 3 MONTHS. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. DON'T RECOMMEND SPENDING MONEY FOR THE EXTRAS. BASIC PULL UP/DOWN BLINDS MAYBE OKAY, BUT OTHERWISE BUYER BEWARE. - UPDATED 8/5/2021 - IF THEY RESPOND ILL LET YOU KNOWWe ordered these blinds March 22, delivered in early April. Pretty easy to install, initially happy with product. Got solar option... pretty cool. Will say, the initial price seems reasonable, then the add-ons increased the price to 500$, but if it worked well, probably still worth it... however,3 months now. and the motor isn't working correctly. I wrote to customer service for the company on their website a few days ago now, still waiting for a response.... this review may change depending on what they say. For now, buyer beware...

Great product but remote did not come with the special battery required to operate.
I use this product in my bedroom and love it. The only negative comment I have about the purchase is the remote did not come with a battery. That was really disappointing. The product description said nothing about having to purchase this special battery for the remote. I checked four stores and it was not available, so I had to order online and then wait 2-3 days before I could actually test out the shade. The remote requires a CR2450 battery. I would have likely rated five star had the remote had the battery. Shipping was super fast which was a pleasant surprise.

Very easy to install; better than expected; great at room darkening, and well worth the money.
Pros: This shade was extremely easy to install; as easy as any standard shade from the local hardware store.It looks beautiful; purchased the “clouds” scene and the picture and description does not do it justice.This shade definitely is room darkening; not the case with so called “room darkening” standard shade that this shade replaced.The thickness of this shade makes it very sturdy and seems durable.No odor emitted from it, like other shades, and that’s a big plus!This company supplied precise measurement instructions, that were simple, and the shade fit was perfect.The remote and the solar panel set up was easy to do; I was able to get the shade to operate in the proper position up and down without the instructions (they had gotten misplaced by us), and we are not tech savvy.Cons: did not know that there is a manual button for the up and down for the shade so that can also help position the charging port so that it can remain accessible; however, might have been mentioned in the instructions that we misplaced.Definitely plan to purchase more and would recommend to others.

Best deal I've found on automated shades..
My blinds could have been a quarter to a half of an inch wider. However given the information that I sent with the order I'm very satisfied. The blinds are well-made and high quality. I purchased the blackout shades and except my litlle width issue they do a great job. I owned a Bond Home Hub for Alexa control of ceiling fans and the shades did integrate nicely, not perfectly. Alexa can control full open or full closed, I haven't figured out how to make them stop anywhere in between.

Functionality great, print not so great
Works great, but would not recommend the sea print. It looks vibrant in the product picture, but is actually pretty dull and blurry. Functionality wise 100% recommended. Blocks light almost 100%. But it may be worth spending more for a nicer print/design.

Works as advertized
Ordered and installed this motorized blind over two yrs ago and it has worked as planned. It was difficult understanding how to program the remote. But the battery in the roller shade really only needs charging every 6 months. I just wish the remote could be programmed to track with sunrise and sunset. The new app probably has that capability, if so maybe time to upgrade.
