Absolutely love the is collagen. I have been using it for 9 months and can really tell a difference with my hair and my joints. It mixes easily with my first cup of coffee in the morning with hardly any taste. I specifically chose this for my joints (along with krill oil) and I’m feeling a lot less pain and stiffness. The hair strength has been an additional bonus for me. I have less hair loss (and I felt it was normal before) and it grows faster now. Would definitely recommend this! But give it a few months because it doesn’t work overnight.

It’s very fine, so even if it isn’t fully dissolved, it’s not really noticeable. The flavor is almost non existent, so it works in all types of food, adding just perhaps a touch of salt flavor if you use a lot of it. I gave some to a friend who’s very particular about her coffee, and she agreed it wasn’t detectable, although she only used half a scoop.I could drink protein shakes to keep up my protein intake, which I do when it’s the end of the day and I’m low on my protein intake, but I prefer the collagen supplement as I can eat it with “real” food. I’ve tried other collagen supplements when I’ve run out of this, but none of them taste as good as this one (or rather, they have too much “taste”), or their protein per volume is less, plus this one is a better price than most.I don’t know if this Forest Leaf collagen is the reason everyone is shocked to hear I am 60, as I look 45 with great skin and hair (Botox helps!). I work out a fair bit, especially using weights, so that’s the other reason I make sure I keep my protein intake high every day.Losing muscle as you age is almost inevitable, which leads to weakness and loss of balance and almost inevitably to injury and falls. This product works, almost to good. I have to trim my nails more frequently now that I use this product in my daily shake. It has no taste and mixes well with other ingredients. If you want stronger nails and less joint pain, I would recommend this product.

This is my 2nd month using Advanced Collagen Peptides. I have noticed a difference in my skin. It has a bit more elasticity in it. I drink a lot of water already, so any improvement is noticable to me.I bought this for all the reasons the product lists.I have joint injuries from years of factory work, my knees are the worst. I have some small relief but still have my bad days. After 6 weeks or so, that is worth my continuing to try the product for at least that much longer to see if there are more noticable improvements there. My cartilage is damaged, I will see if it does as promised.I can tell you I am getting a lot of compliments on my hair. It grows really fast already, but it looks a lot healthier. I always take vitamins in the am & PM, but I am noticing a healthier looking grade.My nails grow fast, but they are stronger than ever. Due to my activity level I keep them short so I can't say if they are more durable at a longer length, but I would assume so as they are notiably stronger.As for the product helping with pain, I cannot say I have seen a difference. I suffer from chronic pain, I have fibromyalgia and several other past injuries that still cause me a lot of daily pain. I was expecting a little relief already, but I am still waiting. I know something's require times to be effective and results are seen. I am hoping by the time 3 months is up I will have noticed a change.The powder flows from the scoop, not clumpy so it is easy to pour into my reusable water bottle. It dissolves very well. I have only used it in cold water.There is very little taste to it, a slight change in consistency, barely noticable.I add lemon juice to my water a lot, so I am not bothered by any of the differences, but even if I do not, it doesn't bother me.I do notice a little odor in my bottle though, not a bad pungent odor but there is a slight odor.I can give a better review after I have used this product for a longer period of time.It is worth trying to me and I will continue to use it to see the longterm effects on my pain levels and my knee issues.This is why I did not rate the pain portion of this product yet.

I started taking Collagen Peptides supplements 3 months ago to help with Joint pain, Cell regeneration and overall healthier skin and hair. When I started I was taking a capsule supplement but that became ridiculous. The product I was taking was a quality product but it was recommended that I take 1 to 4 capsules a day at only 2g per capsule. So even with taking 4 capsules that was only 8g of collagen per day.. Everything I have read has stated to see/feel any difference when taking a supplement that at least 10g a day is needed. This product offered 11g of collagen with the added bonus of amino acids in a tasteless powder that I could but into my choice of drink. With this product you can use either 1 to 2 scoops per day at a Collagen rate of 11g to 22g if you use it 2x a day. This is my 2nd time ordering the product and I can say I am very pleased with it. Not only do I not have to gag down 4 large capsules a day but it is much more convenient to include it with my morning and evening coffee. I have noticed that my joints have improved and also my skin, nails and hair.. My face looks fuller and the growth rate of my nails, hair and even eyelashes has improved tremendously. I highly recommend purchasing "ForestLeaf Advanced Collagen Peptides" shipping is fast and it is a quality product.. On a side note, My first time using it I tried to mix it with a glass of Orange Juice and it did clump. On the container it clearly states that product may clump in cold water, so yes I apparently did not read that.. I really enjoy this product and use it daily. I add it to my coffee, and it dissolves instantly. I've been using it for nearly a year and have set it up for subscribe and save, which saves me a lot of money. I also opt for the 2-pound container since it's more economical than purchasing two 1-pound bottles. I first bought it because it contains types one, two, and three collagen, which was recommended for my ACDF surgery to assist with bone fusion. While I'm not certain if it has positively impacted my recovery, I remain hopeful. I continue taking it because I believe it's beneficial for my health. The ingredients suit my needs, which is why I selected this product over others. The texture is somewhat powdery, and I can see collagen particles floating when I open the jar. Despite this, I would definitely recommend it, as it seems to be good for my body. The price is reasonable, and I haven't encountered any problems. I absolutely love it!

This collagen dissolves quickly and has no taste. After using this a few months I have noticed my hair loss has been reduced, and it seems to be healthier.

Update 4/22/20: I've bought this like ten times and it seems legit. So far, I've never had a bad batch. I haven't done coffee in a while, so I pair it with my cocoa, and add in some vitamin D and a touch of cinnamon. In a pinch or when I don't want sugar, I add it to chicken broth or curry and we're still good. I'm not vegetarian, but I don't eat a whole lot of meat, so being able to add an extra 10g of protein to something I eat every day is a nice kind of cheat.Sidenote about hair health: I have super long hair. Like ~36 inches. I use a scoop about six days a week and have been for a while, and my hair has grown a little faster/stronger, I'd say. It's usually slow and at this point, I've accounted for seasons. While no consumable-type product can affect hair other than during its formation, the strength and health at the roots is something that shows up over time when your hair is super long (especially near its terminal length). I've shed less, resulting in actual length gain. I do have PCOS which affects my hair, but I've had it super long, long enough to tell there's been improvement. I feel like if I had short hair, it would be more immediately obvious, but it's taken me a long time due to these factors. Still pretty cool though.-----I've bought this stuff like four or five times now, I think? Whatever, it's a solid choice. I'm not completely sure about absorption, but what I can tell you is that I can barely taste the stuff in coffee or cocoa or soup, and that's a huge plus for me. If you've ever heated up gelatin, you know exactly what smell and taste I'm talking about, and that's too much for me.I always mix this stuff into hot liquids. I haven't had any problem dissolving it. It doesn't affect the taste or texture much at all (makes stuff just slightly thicker), doesn't mess up my stomach. Does it do magic? I'm not really sure, but it does make me feel a bit more full, and I would guess it's helping my hair and skin, but I'm not sure. I DO feel less sore in general when I go back on it-- sometimes I just forget and stop-- but I can't be completely positive it's this.That all said, I'm going to keep buying it. I'd really like to see some paper/study on how much and how well it's absorbed, but overall, I feel like this stuff does me favors and it's worth the price.Protip: if you are super sensitive to the taste or smell, add whipped cream to the top of coffee or cocoa. It DOES have a tendency to slightly separate, but coupling it with a bit of fat makes it effectively undetectable. Barring that, if you wait until your drink cools, it doesn't separate so much. And when I say separate, I do mean in the exact same way that hot cocoa always has some protein (the white stuff) come to the top-- it's not gross or weird; it's just what happens when you heat up protein and dairy, and it's only a little bit. I don't find it a turn off.

No taste and easy to mix. However was expensive for what it is. Have moved to tasteless protein which was better value.
