This is a second generation antihistamine that you only need to take once a day and the side effects are reduced from the older antihistamines. It worked for my running nose and sneezing within an hour and I had no sleepiness or other side effects common with the other antihistamines. Amazon price is a fraction of what I paid at CVS which was $17 for 30 tablets. Definitely want to buy here.

I take these daily to replace my xyzal and they work just as good. The value for the product is amazing. There is no taste and the pills are small and easy to swallow. The ingredients are exactly the same as the other brand.

Perfect dosage & price. I usually only find 10mg pills at my nearby pharmacies/convenience stores & snap them in half. 5mg is more than enough when I'm having sinus/allergy issues: if I take one early enough in the day it provides relief well into the following day.

This allergy medicine works really quickly as Zyrtec to me and the pills are small and easy to swallow. Only downside is the expiration date—it’s a bit too soon. Still, it does the job well!
