Money well spent! Super delighted!๐
Was a little skeptical upon reading reviews before my purchase but went in ahead anyway, arrived quickly, product comes in a plastic storage type container, easy and clear instructions, applied as directed no issues, the next day I felt the soreness of the applied area which is under my arm (hurts a little somewhat) but tolerable, only felt if my arm swung or I picked up something heavy with that arm, but pain became gain, From Monday to Monday, just one week and it completely removed my semi large tag in my armpit, left a light red circle but the tag had fallen off, Iโm delighted to have this gone, will be waiting for the spot to recover/return to normal skin color and this will be as if it was never there to begin with, has worked better and faster than I thought it will work for me, glad I took the chance to try and I hope my review might help someone else to try this product, feeling super my money was well spent!๐

Effective if you use it right
This product works very well, but it's easy to screw it up. If you attempt to treat a skin tag but the device isn't cold enough, it can damage but not kill the skin tag. This can be painful, and any substantial pain is an indicator that it may not have worked properly. Itching is a sign that it did work properly. It will also only kill the part of the skin tag that it touches, so make sure to cover the entire thing, or else just the tip will fall off.

Works well on medium to larger skintags
For me, works much better than acid liquids or rubber bands. The acid ones really create a sore and burn a bit. The burn is certainly bearable, but the sore is a tiny bit scary and requires after care. The rubber bands are just too big. I thought some of my skin tags were huge, but my biggest one took 3 bands and weeks to die and fall off. I can't use the bands for ANY of my others. The bands do hurt a little too. Well the application of the bands doesn't hurt, but area around the skin hurts a little as the tag dies. And since it took so long to die, that hurt a while. This product freezes the skin tags. It hurts a teeny, tiny bit, but very little. Tags still take over a week to die and fall off, but better than the other 2 methods. A couple tags took reapplication of the freeze, beyond the 2 applications you do one after another the first time. In my arm pits, there can be slight irritation as the tags scab while dying; I feel the hardened scab when my arm is down. Still, this method is best by a good bit for me. The applicator is somewhat large and bulky for small tags, and it can be hard to see in a mirror, again because of the size of the product relative to the tags. Might help to have someone else use it. I WOULD recommend this product. It's not perfect, but it has removed many of my tags. I'm happy to have used it to reduce the number of skin tags -- my larger ones.

This product actually works!!
(It's hard to tell in my first photo but it was a pretty classic skin tag that stood up from my skin) This product works amazing, it does burn when youโre applying the treatment and it felt swollen for the first 24hrs but trust the process! Just follow the directions and you will have great results!!! My skin tag and any skin markings are completely gone now! No scarring.

Works - but not easy to use
Ok, so first of all, I see people reporting that there was a review solicitation/compensation scheme - I wanted to start off by saying that was not the case for me. It's a decent product when it works, but can be tricky to operate, especially on your own, and results can be mixed depending on size and shape of the skin tag. I had enough in the one container to treat 8 skin tags, all of which were small (it's easy to blow some of the charge while figuring how to work the machine). Of these, 5 came off. The other three required a second treatment to come off - these were the smaller ones, which are much harder to properly grasp with the pincer end of the instrument. That being said, it worked well enough that I though it was worth getting a second one to finish the job. I did it on myself, which is hard, and I still have a couple tags I can't reach myself. It would be much easier to do it on someone else. It's worth noting that the tags don't fall off right away, and take time to necrotize and drop off, which is annoying, and sometimes a bit painful. It's especially annoying when you've made a skin tag angry, but it fails to drop off, so I understand the frustration among some users. Still, I spent less than I would have on a doctor's visit, and got most of my skin tags off, so I consider it an overall success.

Might not be worth it.
I've had skin tabs on my back for a very long time, since I was a teenager. They've started to bother me at night and itch and make it harder to sleep. So I decided that it was time to get rid of these things. My doctor wouldn't send me to have them taken care of, said they wouldn't waste their time on skin tags. He suggested rubber bands, but that sounded like something I wanted nothing to do with. I purchased this, on receiving it said don't use if you're diabetic. I asked my doctor about it, and he said that my A1C1 is so good that the chances of anything happening because of diabetes would be extremely unlikely. I froze about 7 tags on my back a week ago from today. 3 of them may have fallen off or disappeared a bit? My wife doesn't seem to know what happened to some of them, as we did 4 on my upper back on Friday and 3 on my lower back on Saturday, and there's only 4 right now. The four that are remaining are in bad shape. One of them is bleeding a lot and one is near my belt line so it is super red and painful. I also kinda like pain, so I've been playing with them a bit. She decided to ask the pharmacist if it was normal, and he said he wouldn't recommend freezing tags off, and it is common for them to have problems and have infections. I think the wife is overreacting and that the medicine is working as intended. Other people in the reviews mentioned it being painful. If these things do fall off, it'll be a great product since they've bothered me so long. But I don't know if this process is worth the end result. Even if it works, there will be some pretty annoying pain and risk of infection.

Best option, can still use work
We've tried a few different styles and this is the first one that makes sense. The qtip style only gets 1 side and only worked for the smallest skin tags. We used this on the larger skin tags and it actually worked to get the whole thing white. I am dropping a star because there isn't a lot of clearance between the tips. This means the rounder skin tags get caught as the tips are being placed around the skin tag before squeezing. I used tweezers to hold the skin tag up before squeezing.

Great product
I have tried several products for a stubborn skin tag and this finally removed it. So easy to use, painless, and only needed to use it once to work.

Buyer beware-This product did not work at all and expensive return process.
If I could rate ), I would. This product did not work at all. A very expensive item. It took awhile to arrive. When it did-found it did not have enough freezing power onto the tips that you are supposed to squeeze. Defective. Had to apply to the company for a return. They sent ship label-but I had to pay for the return myself!! Very expensive to ship from Canada to USA and you have to pay extra for tracking. They insist you have a tracking number and inform them when it is on the way. Cost almost half the product price to ship it back to them. Even after they received product I waited to hear from them and they didn't write or give refund so I had to go through Amazon assistance to get my refund. Total waste of my time and lost $30.00 on shipping.
