How is this different from the Regenerist micro sculpting cream? Does one work better than the other?

I don't think so, but I believe that having the regimen of using both works better. I truly have seen my skin improve so much. I usually wash my face in the morning, then I do my everyday morning routine, I put on the serum first, I wait for it to dry. I brush my teeth etc... then I put on the Sculpting Cream, wait about 30 seconds then put on the 3rd thing which is the SPF 15. It sounds like a lot but it really is worth it for your skin. I will say that I never wear make up anymore. I use to wear cover up and have to put on Powder over that because I didn't like my skin, but since this routine, my skin looks great without any make up. Occasionally I will put on some blush but that is it!

does it irritate oily\acne prone skin?

My experience is that it does not, and I have very oily skin. My skin is not really acne prone, but after washing, I use a toner and let it dry before applying this product.

does this work well without the cream?

Works for me w/o any cream. I have the cream and used it before buying this serum. Have seen a definite improvement though I rarely use the cream the past couple months.

I read a lot about your face pelling using these products,don't want that.What's the best and safest for moisture, and reducing wrinkles?

I've never had a problem with this product, especially peeling. If toy are worried, the Regenerist moisturizer works well too, I use that in tandem with this. If you are worried, you can try the Philosophy line of products, very gentle on the skin
