Actually I bought this hoodie for a foster kid for Xmas and it was on his list. He requested a Medium size and he was a thin kid. When it arrived it looked some what small. But I’m 5’11 180. I would say large for you. When you wash it it may shrink so wash it in cold water and hang dry no dryer.
