It is somewhat scary ordering furniture online. It is large in size and the colors are difficult online to determine. However, this was a great purchase, and this piece of furniture exceeds my expectations. Here are the pros/cons:Pros:appears well builtwell packagedsize is as describedhidden queen sized bed makes this a standout as i have seen almost no sectionals with a sleepercolor is excellent (perhaps not as bright as shown, but very neutral)cushions are stiffassembly is simpleincluded hardware is sufficient and easy to usevelcro back cushions are a nice touchattention to detail in manufacturing is evidenteasy to get down a 90 degree bend in stairs to our basement-- which we never expected to be able to happen with a sofa, much less a sleeperCons:color not as shown (probably better suited for our needs, but definately darker)pillow backs are kinda cheezy looking (not our tastes, but tastes vary)cushions are super stiff (however they should break in)Unknown:we havent used the sleeper yet, or even folded it out, so i cannot comment on that yetdurability is unknown at this time as we have only had it set up for a few daysI will post follow-ups and better photos as soon as i can get some online

The couch is nice! It is a very firm couch. If you’re looking for a soft couch keep looking. The color is more of a grayish brown. Very nice pullout sofa with a nice, thick, queen sized memory foam mattress. Also included an air pump and a separate full sized air mattress! Overall I am happy with the purchase.

when i got my couch i waited like a month or so to get it. i started to put it together and noticed i was missing screws to finish putting it together. soi called the Company got customer service when i told them i was missing screws they told me that they would have to send my complaint to some other department and that could take up to 3 days for them to get my request for new screws. then i waited 4 days they called me and told me it will take a week to two weeks for them to get me my screws i was pretty upset. i just went and bought screws that would fix. but on top of that the back head rests were not screwed in all the way and i had a hard time tighten them down because i couldn’t get my hand inside the fabric

I love the look of this set and I feel like I got it at a decent price, it’s not sturdy, feathers are starting to come out biggest Issue is that the sectional came with missing pieces so I contacted Amazon and they say they can't send just the pieces missing. I had to order a new one and then have amazon come out and pick this one up.Would have saved a lot of time and effort if they had the pieces already.Update- a month later I have yet to get my second order for this furniture.Contacted amazon they advised me that back then they didn’t have any in stock at that time... amazon held the money this whole month knowing they didn’t have the item in stock.Here I am again with a defective item and we are back where we started. Will more than likely just cancel this order as well and have them pick it up. Complete disaster. Would give 0 stars if I could.

It was very easy to put together and the comfortably is good and the pull out bed is perfect. I love it totally worth the money

picture is not accurate to what is included. Only includes 3 pieces. ottoman is not included which I already knew. Also one extension piece is not included. Wish I had know before I ordered.

Pros: cheap, and easy to assemble.Cons: we've had this couch for just about 2 years, and it is falling apart. The cushions are easy to rip,, the frame has broken apart, the storage compartment has caved in, and there are sharp metal pieces sticking out from some of the cushions. We haven't abused this couch anymore than any other couch, and we are so disappointed with the quality. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
