The first two have worked fine, and agree with the other posters, the amps is 1.8. That's fine for my P52 laptop as keeps it charged all day as needed, although some more powerful models may need more. I had one from PWR, that I bought here on desertcart, but it died after 5-6 months (seems common) and would no longer charge. Since I had already purchased two of these, and about 1/2 the price of PWR I might add, I ordered a 3rd one. Review: Lasted 4 years - The charger took 4 years of moving and dorm life perfectly fine then one night it quietly stopped working, I ended up splicing the lenovo cable to a Dell brick at the same voltage to be cheap but 4 years for a mystery chinesium brick is pretty good

Good replacement
My Lenovo Legion Y530 laptop charger was chewed on by kittens we were fostering. I had to buy a replacement for it and this one has been working really well. It charges well and my laptop is able to hold a charge after using it.

Immediately began distorting the image on the screen
As soon as this charger was plugged in, it began distorting the image and color on my Lenovo Thinkpad. It was immediately returned. I definitely wouldn't recommend this charger.

Doesn't appear to be working properly
I bought this power supply for a Lenovo ThinkPad P50, which the specs says it supports. The input and output power specs on the power supply also match the original. The power supply is a heavy brick. My plan is to leave one at home and one at the office. I brought this replacement to the office since I'm there less. However we may have a problem: the computer is complaining that the voltage is too low. The power meter on my Windows 10 tray show that the laptop is plugged in, but not charging. I'm going to watch this throughout today to see if my battery maintains its charge or am I slowly draining the existing power of my battery. If it's option "A", I may be going home early from the office. I'll try to update this later today with the results of the experiment. If it doesn't maintain the charge in the laptop's battery, I'll be returning it. Next Day Update: The charger is working and charging the laptop without issue except at boot. When booting, the laptop generates the voltage too low error (press ESC to continue). Unplugged, I ran the power down to 50% then plugged it back in. The battery did recharge. The charge icon in the tray did show that it was booting. So we just have this strange boot issue, which appears to be more of a non-event nuisance.

Pay attention to the picture like I didn't
It's not an official lenovo charger and the specs don't match the official charger. Has charging issues as other people indicate, but does seem to charge. I returned it and will get an official charger. Already had to replace one battery and don't want any chance of the new battery dying due to incorrect charging specs.

Works as advertised
Works as advertised. May get a bit warm, so use at home and keep original power supply in bag.

Well made replacement for the original 170w power adapter
It feels solid and is has the substantial size and weight required of a 170 watt power supply. My Lenovo W540 works fine with it, so I assume that it performs within the required range required of it. I didn't rate the durability. It looks well made but I won't really know how durable it is until I own it for a year.
