I am writing this after 2nd time purchased and using I have not seen any growth in this till now however that may not react to some bodies but when I purchased 1st time mixing with milk and felt sugar less and i used to add sugar to it but when 2nd time purchased no need to add sugar it's already mixed with sugar just blend withilk and drink I think they have changed quality of the material from sugarless to sugar powder I think they saved money by removing proteins and adding sugar contets it this powder

You want to gain weight.. Just for it. It Tastes amazing with cold milk, juice, milkshakes. Very effective for weight gain. Remember.. Company says to use a scoop which available in container. But it is a very big scoop (160 gram) and company says u need to take 3 scoops per day. However No need to consume that much amout of powder. You can take two spoon (35 gram scoop-available at Dmart) in a day. Morning & night. You will find results in 10 days. Dont forget to take it at night. It digest well overnight.I used one scoop (35 gram scoop) a day for 1 month, i gained 3 kg of weight. So go slow and steady. U will get reults.

Very disappointed with this product. I have been using it for 2 months with no noticeable results—my weight, energy levels, and muscle growth have remained unchanged. I followed the same routine that worked well with other supplements, but this one made no difference. It tastes very sweet and chocolatey, but I bought it for fitness benefits, not taste. I won’t be buying GNC products again. Amazon, please consider accepting a return for the remaining product.
