Smooth Joints
I used this as a way to have a fixture to fill and overflow a water storage system.If you put a right angle fitting in the top and an elbow a few inches away and a right angle fitting in the side, water can be pumped in the top and not splash out the side immediately like a normal tee but will still overflow out the side when the levels rise high enough.Worked very well for my needs and saved me from having to make more complicated fittings or have a separate overflow stack.

Hard to find fitting available here at a good price
This fitting isn't carried at my local hardware/big box stores. Price here is reasonable and two day shipping was great, also. Can't go wrong with Charlotte Pipe. It is the only brand fitting I purchase.
