SwissGearHybrid Travel Laptop Backpack

I took a two-week trip with just a hard-shell carry-on and this backpack. Everything was so convenient and at my finger-tips. I had it packed to the brim, and neither it nor I showed any signs of strain. It was very comfortable and easily maneuverable, even for me at nearly 70-years old.

So much space!I’m an over-packer, so this bag helps me pack as much as I need to feel prepared while also being well-organized and suited to be compact; I didn't have to use the expander and still could’ve fit another outfit.Favorite features include the hard glasses pocket, the usability and space of the exterior pocket and the east to carry handles. And the straps, on the exterior, that you tighten to further pack it down.Will recommend for the traveler who aims to be convenient, a little indulgent, and needs something that can double as a carry on or suite case... looks great, works great, and this will be my go-to over my rolling samsonite carry-on.

Honestly the best back pack I’ve ever owned. Sturdy. Good quality. So many organization compartments. This bag has made it easy for 1-2 day work travel days. Fits all my business clothes, electronics and everything I need. Doesn’t feel bulky.

I was able to fit a 16in MacBook Pro, a medium Wacom tablet, and an iPad Pro in the laptop sleeve. Granted they were a lil too snug, but pretty great, as I need all those things when I travel for work. I loved the other compartments, definitely easier to pack and see what you have inside. A great carryon or personal item for my flight.A few things I didn’t love: the thing that adjusts the shoulder strap rubs my arm. Not a problem in the winter, but wearing this in the summer for a significant length of time is likely to result in blisters. I also wished it had a chest strap (and even a waist strap) as my tech stuff can get pretty heavy. I also don’t love the colors. Wished there was a version that was all camel or just an elegant black or a nice dark green or sophisticated gray, but that’s a personal preference. A small pet peeve that most backpacks have is black lining: why??? It makes it so much harder to see inside. A lighter color lining will make things easier to find in there. I’ve gotten into the habit of always having a rechargeable, motion sensor light in my bags to compensate, but wish I didn’t have to.All that said, it does make travel easier for me, it does a good job for the price and I would buy it again.

I got this for a great price because it was an older model (and discontinued color) that Amazon must have been looking to clear it out. The color is a slightly darker green then what appears in the picture. Overall very happy with the purchase and price paid.The backpack is one of the more functional travel backpacks out there on the market. It has useful pockets for the day-to-day items you need to grab out of a bag while also having a main area where you would pack clothes and other similar travel items. The laptop section is well padded and easy to access. Probably will only be large enough for most people to pack for a 2-3 day trip, but will still fit nicely under the seat in a plane when full.

I purchased my first one about six years ago from a department store. I have packed this bag every weekend going to the lake, it’s been to Florida three times, Mexico, once, and two cruises. I finally just broke the back zipper and decided to buy a second one. The front has a hard case cover for sunglasses or reading glasses, etc. It has multiple zippers on the outside small compartments and it has a laptop padded on the back. You can keep the backpack straps inside the zipper compartment and carry it like a regular bag or you can take them out and use it as a backpack. The inside has a mesh zipper screen to keep clothes, safe and secure from not moving around on one side and the other side has a pouch for other items and it has two straps that are adjustable to secure more clothes. If you don’t have a large amount of clothing, you can zip the outer zipper to compress the bag and if you have more, you can unzip it to expand it. This is my go to bag for everything.

This is a great back pack for travel

My husband already had this item in red and loved it, so I was aware of all its many features in advance. It's so handy for a night or 2 away if your outing is informal and you all you need is a couple changes of undies and light clothing, but there's also room for toiletries, laptop (special padded side-zip pocket makes it easy to retrieve). It's just an all-around wonderfully designed bag. Well thought out. Even has a little RFID pocket where you can securely store your wallet and credit cards another nice feature is a small zip pocket right at the top that can accommodate sunglasses, keys, or whatever you might need quick access to.I bought a new laptop this fall and didn't want to use my large Targus backpack/bookbag that accommodates my older 17" laptop. The SwissGear bag easily accommodates and projects my new smaller HP laptop while providing plenty of compartments and room for items I'd like to store separately.I bought it in green because it was by far the cheapest choice at the time, but it's a beautiful emerald shade of green Couldn't love this bag more!

Mochila de excelente calidad, ideal para viajar gracias a las bolsas para zapatos, red y ropa o bien para el día a día gracias a la protección de equipos de computo. Compartimientos bastante amplios, los modos de uso son bastante cómodos ya sea con tirantes o tipo repartidor, además que el espacio para una batería externa es un plus para mantener nuestros dispositivos con batería.

La mochila es muy linda y de alta calidad pero acabo de encontrarla por 200 pesos menos en SAM's Club y eso no me gustó para nada.

This is just ideal in so many ways. Perfectly sized for day to day use, but equally expands enough for a business trip, while the laptop compartments lets you easily separate business items and clothes / toiletries. Well made, looks smart and has plenty of compartments. Price to own this in the UK stings a little when you can buy these on the US Swissgear website for 50 bucks, but the quality does feel worth it.
