Insulation was straightforward and unit has performed as expected. Feels solid. Has needed to be oiled from time to time to avoid sticking, but no biggie.

I originally ordered the lock mechanism and nuts and bolts from them. There was a little hiccup with the shipment. But i wrote them, and the same day they responded and took care of the issue. Mistales happen, but how you handle them makes the difference. Product is of really high quality metal and works flawlessly. I was able to install in 30 with the hardware i got from them. Only needed a drill with bits, and a wrench. Highly recommend

Everything was simply as it should be. Initial quality is very good. Installed easily with holes that lined up. Would buy again.
