Should this work for 200ft in AP mode?

Working fine with 2 units one as AP the other as client through 500 feet of trees.

Its listed as outdoor, can it get wet/is it water resistant?

Yes it can get wet if you mount it vertically. Mine has been on the end of a building at a marina in direct rain for over 2 years.

I have one pushing to 1000f across meadow, but also through some trees on the way (signal cuts along meadow edge where trees intrude) so I'm pretty impressed. Trees significantly change range, and trees are so variable! Internet at client is around 5-10Mbps of the 80-100 Fiber source, BUT... IF I was willing to spend time on refining / tuning the settings, and mounting a bit differently (eg on roof or on a pole a bit further into medow), I could probably do a lot better. For our guest cabin that is good enough. I LOVE THESE THINGS! Mine broadcasts to 2 sites, and the built in WiFi is game changing (none of he Ubiquiti have this - you have to buy wifi AP for each site separately)
