I am beyond furious. I was genuinely looking forward to receiving these headphones, only to open the box and find that they are completely defective. The battery hardware is broken, meaning they don’t even turn on.How is it possible for a company to ship out a product in this condition? It is clear that there is zero quality control happening before these items are sent out. There is no way this issue would have been missed if the product had actually been tested.Instead of enjoying my purchase, I am now stuck dealing with the massive hassle of a return process for a third-party seller. Do not waste your time or money here—they clearly do not care about the quality of the products they ship to their customers. Extremely disappointed and would give zero stars if I could I am beyond furious. Do not work off the charger headset show 100% but don’t work smh. These was for my goddaughter birthday. Y’all can at least test the products you send out it’s not like it’s in any packaging anyway smh REFUND! Oh and i bought excellent refurbish

Received item and they do not charge. Requested a replacement and never got it. Reached out to seller and they blamed AmazonReached out to Amazon they told me seller. Highly disappointed. Requested replacement July 17 and every day I have been getting email that the order will arrive the next day. It is July 24 and I still do not have item and got email they will arrive Monday 28 July

When they say excellent on refurbished, the product looks brand new and works perfectly

So far, they work. They also sound great. I appreciate the fact it came with a carrying case. I had to buy a remote talk cable and so far I haven't had to use it. I won't lie I thought they were fake at first but it's recognized on the Beats app so that eased my mind. Worth the price to me

Do not buy these! I rarely order things on Amazon and get disappointed but these unfortunately are one of those things. It says it’s 100% charged but in order for it to turn on to connect to Bluetooth it has to stay on the charger which is not convenient. Unfortunately my phone has no headphone port or that could work but I don’t really want to use it as wired anyways. Now I have to buy another pair!
