What Temperatures does this open and close?

This switch is normally closed, so it opens at 145* F and closes again at 115*F Hence the designation 145-30F. Hope that helps.

Furnace blows cool air only. What part/ parts may i need?

Assuming you have an electric furnace, and if the electricity is getting to the coils, then it sounds like your coil may be burned into and will have to be replaced. Don’t attempt any of this unless you know enough about electricity.
