I love the way it helps with the breastmilk. When I feel “stuck”. Just roll this around my chest and armpits for a few minutes. The difference is amazing. And I feel soooo much better. This also helps with my neck and should pains too!!

This massage roller saved me from cyring day and night because I can't extract enough milk for my LO for a month. I was hitting my breast at one point because I know it's filled with so much milk and he was just losing weight. He wasn't latching good. I tried warm compress while pumping and nothing happened. But with this roller, everything went so well. LO is 6 months and a half now and still providing him breastmilk:) Cons: using it constantly directly on my skin gave me rashes. July 8, 2020 Update: this is my 2nd roller. I only used it for 1 month and it broke already. My 1st one lasted more than 5 months and i used it a lot. This 2nd one seems to be flimsy. This tool is a must have for breastfeeding/pumping moms. I bought it during a time when I was suffering from a clogged duct and I’m so glad I did. It helped me clear and recover from the clogged duct so quickly. It’s also helping my milk supply recover in the affected breast and I’m pumping at least a half an ounce more per breast than I was prior to use. I was instructed by my lactation consultant to perform manual massage/breast compressions while pumping but the results I’ve seen from using this product have been WAY better. It feels nice on the skin and is super easy to use. We’re working on getting my little one on the breast and using this during those sessions helps speed up my let down immensely and keeps him from getting too frustrated and keeps him nursing. All in all I am so so happy with this product!

After about 2 weeks postpartum, I got one clogged milk duct, then next thing you know.. I had so many clogs. I was advised by every health care professional and the internet to massage and use heat and drain, but using my hands was so tiring and ineffective. I went on 2 different antibiotics, helping the clogs, but the only way to really get them out, was by manual compression and kneading. My sister bought me this roller about a month ago and after the first use I was amazed. My breasts felt softer and less lumpy. I was able to drain faster and stimulate the milk production. I still had to use my arm power but it was less strain than it was to do it with my hands. I really like the fact that it has two balls, due to the fact that when you press down, the clogs can move left or right, so having more surface area covered with this product helped. I still have one large clog in the outer lower portion of my breast tissue (which is really awkward to reach), but other than that, I have been able to loosen the deep clogs and breastfeed/pump it out. It also works out the superficial clogs really well. But..... just the other day, it broke!!! I feel so dependent on this product because it has helped me so much with emptying my breasts and the clogs that would appear if I take a little longer than usual to empty. I bought another one recently, but I wished that it was a little more durable for the amount of pressure I need to apply to get the stubborn clogs out. I actually like this so much, I am now incorporating this product with all my friends baby shower gifts. Overall I definitely recommend.

This is the first review I've written since I got pregnant. Now I have a baby boy who is a preemie and requires double the amount of milk than full-term babies. At first I was pumping just enough for him, and then my milk supply surpassed him. I was getting like 160 per pump...but my breasts were in too much pain to keep pumping so much...so I started slacking off a bit. Next thing I knew he needed about 80 mls every 2 hours or so and I couldn't produce more than 20 in 2 pumps in a row...so I obviously freaked out and ordered everything out there to help my lactation. This was by far my favorite purchase. From the first time I used it I could tell how well it was working because I was back up to I was back to 80 ml per pump! Now I am still working on getting back up to my normal supply but this definitely helps. It is also great for breastfeeding preemies because they have trouble getting enough milk out on their own and it gives them a lot of help by just releasing it right in.

I absolutely loved this thing! I used it multiple times a day every day for six weeks until it broke. The handle part that attaches to the rollers is very flimsy and cheaply made. I know I need another one of these, but I’m hesitant to spend the money if it didn’t even last two months. Update: shortly after writing this review, the seller reached out to me and offered a full replacement for free. It came in a few weeks later. After daily used for a little over two months, I’m happy to report that it hasn’t broken again. Thank you we’re standing by your product and for replacing it. For that, I have increased by review from 1 star to 3 stars. I still feel that there is some faulty construction in the hook that holds the massage rollers.

My milk came in 48 hours after birth, quickly. It caused me to clog so bad on my right side I could no longer feed, and I had essentially no output from that side. I tried hand all the things to get a release but struggled with it. I purchased this roller and within 24 hours of using it before and after each feed ALL of my clogs were gone and my production is back up. It’s so much easier than hand massaging and really makes breastfeeding easier. It’s a 10/10 product! My let down is more, production is up, no more clogs and our latch is better!

This is the perfect little tool to help get out stubborn milk! At 18 months postpartum, it’s become increasingly more difficult to maximize my output while pumping. I end up doing quite a bit of hand expressing toward the end of my pump session if time allows. This massage roller means less strain on my hands, and occasionally helps triggers another let down. It’s small enough to always carry in my pump bag, but long enough that I can comfortably use for the ducts in my underarm area. It is also easy to clean. This would be very beneficial to have to work out plugs- I wish I had this in my first postpartum days and weeks when I was more prone to them. All in all, great tool especially for such a reasonable price. Very affordable.

Item is as described and it arrived on time. It helps with the flow of milk and get out the 'knots' or 'clumps' within the breast. The baby now feeds better.

Good quality roller, but they don't work in general. Heat packs & electric toothbrushes are preferable
