Great little pillow
I've had this for a few months now and its really great. Its small enough that you can still turn when you want. And it helps with back and hip stiffness. It makes side sleeping a lot more comfortable.

Comfortable and works

Back pain? You need this!
Excellent pillow. Very comfortable and does not feel bulky. Fits nicely on leg and helps with positioning for back alignment. My daughter who works in physical therapy recommended this pillow and it has been wonderful. Excellent price and shipped right away.

Great Support.
It really helps if you sleep on your side. It keeps your legs elevated so your spine is straight. Since using this special pillow, I do not feel discomfort in my lower back.

Not large enough
The pillow is too small. I am only 5 feet and a size small in clothing and this doesn't go from the thigh area to my knees. I suggest two pillows like this for the lower leg, especially the ankle. It does align the spine and I do have less back pain and stiffness though.

Great for my auntie knees
Cash money took over for the 99 and 2000 and so now I have random knee pain. Can’t sleep without it. I was having knee pain when I woke up and could not pinpoint the cause. I slept with a plain pillow between my knees and the pain went away. The problem is the standard pillow goes flat and just is a hassle. This contour pillow is PERFECT to sleep with. Doesn’t move throughout the night, gives just enough. Not too hard not too soft. Doesn’t go flat. I’m a chronic side sleeper and this has improved my quality of sleep.

The Perfect Knee Pillow
Perfect size for women, not bulky, fits right in between the knees. Soft, washable cover that seems to stay cool. I purchased the pillow to help sleep during a bad groin muscle pull. Could not be happier. My husband said, "I should try it". I said buy your own.

muy comodas
Muy comoda, mi medico me recomendo dormir de lado con las piernas juntas por mis problemas de columna. aun intentandolo no descansaba bien ni aguantaba la postura mucho tiempo por que mis rodillas chocaban entre si, al despertar estaba en la psotura habitual, pero no la recomendada por el medico. con esta alnohada eso ya no me sucede y puedo dormir toda la noche sin molestias en las rodillas y ya no despierto en otra postura.
