I recently replaced the door knobs in my rental properties with these, and I'm very pleased with the results. The simple black design gives a more modern feel to the units. They were easy to install, and the locking mechanism is straightforward. My tenants seem to like the updated look, and I've had no complaints about their functionality. They seem to be good quality for the price.

Ordered a 3 pack. Each knob in my pack had some minor scratches on it, one of them was pretty big. I also ordered a 4-pack of privacy knobs from the seller that all came perfect, maybe just got unlucky on this batch.. Other than the scratches, the knobs look and feel great!

I bought a new place and renovated it. I wanted to put in black door knobs throughout. It would have been too expensive aside from these Amazon basics ones. I started by ordering a couple because I suspected they might be really cheap looking. Nope - they are nice and solid. Fine. Look good and work well. Not to light or anything. I bought a bunch of different ones for closets, etc. Very inexpensive - especially when you buy in quantity. Very happy. Got the look we wanted without spending a fortune.

Structurally they seem good but the finish does scratch easily. We had rounded faceplates and strike plates on our old doors and these have squared edges so you’ll need to chisel the door and door jambs or file the edges of the metal to fit. Then there is the cam which will not fit in a standard hole. I’ve had to chisel the hole in the door to allow for it to fit properly. A major pain and not something I planned on having to do. We just installed many of them but the test of time will tell how good they hold up. For the upstairs bedrooms they’ll do but I will most likely splurge on better quality ones for the main house.

I will start by saying I can tell these are lower quality than more expensive name brand options but for now they are doing great. The finish has held through some harsh weather and we have noticed no issues

These are amazing quality for the price! They are packaged beautifully and safely, not a scratch on any of them! They have a protective film on the plates and the knobs were in bubble wrap. They were super easy to install - took less than 5 minutes. They are a beautiful deep black color with a little sheen. They look expensive and don’t feel cheap at all. Very impressed!

*update* these have since cut every single member in my household. The edges are so sharp on the cut metal my son might need stitches. There should be no sharp edges on a product like this. DO NOT BUY these!! I've had these installed for a couple weeks now. They were a pain to install because my old ones weren't the same shape so it required more work than I was wanting to put it but that wasn't anythings fault but my own. Regardless, the finish scratched off EASILY during install which again I thought was my fault. But now I am realizing just finger nails or belts/ect have started scratching off the finish as well. In new spots, not as if it was continuing on spots that had already been scratched. Other than that I am pretty happy with them. But the finish scratching off less than a month after installing them is just a deal breaker for me.

These were easy to install. Did notice some chipping in the paint after a few uses. But all in all a good deal.

Was not difficult to install but is cheap quality. Paid less for better quality door knob from Can Tire.
