This is great, we had a new front door and didn’t want to put anything on the back to stop the dog chewing the mail. This is now outside on the wall and we have no worries.

Looks nice and is easy to fit, but it's not waterproof. Whenever it rains any letters in the box get wet and water collects in the bottom.

The product has two foam pads which are to stop noise from the opening flap when it's windy. When I received the product these were peeling off so would not remain in place for any time once in use.In addition, the top fixing holes are positioned directly in line with the cross member between the letter flap and the lockable door. This means that you can't line up a screwdriver with the hole and would have to drill the holes at an angle in order to gain access. Use of an electric driver would be impossible even with angled holes.

Used for internal flat, can't comment if it's waterproof. The only down side is anyone could get there hand in through top flap and grab letters

This seems to be fine and just what I wanted. My only comment on the design (so far) is that the top holes for fixing it to a wall are on the same level as the bar that the flap goes against, requiring some agile screwdriver work!

Great post box but my letters are always wet when it rains 🤨also can i buy replacement keys for this product,have tried everywhete but no luck,ne ideas

This is an indoor box and is not suitable for the outdoors unless you live in the desert. Apart from that it's OK for normal sized letters.

Basic but does exactly what is says it will - keeps posted items safe.
