Not what I expected
The color was really unattrcative. Most of the raspberries have an unattractive brownish-hue to them. The smell is also somewhat off putting- they smelled slightly "burnt". While the desrciption indicated there was no added sugar, I expected the raspberry flavor to be somewhat concentrated from the drying process and the natural sugars to also be concentrated. The flavor profile showed neither of these characteristics. I had hoped to incorporate them into a dessert plate that has some fresh raspberries on it to showcase the raspberry in a different format, but will not be using them at all. :-(
