Hush, Little Horsie

The illustrations are precious in this book, although the story is sweet but a little boring or too simple. Nice for a bedtime story though.

The story and illustrations are great, but the books condition was not as advertised. There was permanent marker on the front and back of the book. Several pages throughout the book were taped and folded. This was an old library book so was well used and worn.

I chose a high rating merely because this book employs an epitomizes the unconditional love. Mother has for her child. I can't put this book down! There is nothing that I don't dislike about this book and have no recommendations.

VERY sweet book-especially for children who love horses (like my daughter). It's a perfect bedtime story book!

My little Granddaughter is enthralled with the simple poetry of this book, reassuring of a mother's watchfulness and love for her offspring. The artwork is beautiful!

However, I bought as part of a baby gift for a baby boy, and both pictures of children in it are girls. Otherwise - great book!

This is a beautiful book. Very nice quality drawings and the board book pages are glossy. My daughter prefers the last 2 pages with the picture of the girl and mother.

Hush, Little Horsie is the perfect book to begin my new granddaughter's book collection. The words are simple and the illustrations are wonderful. Such a gentle book.

Lovely illustrations and a nice rhyme! A little repetitive, but would definitely recommend to any horsie / animal loving family.
