Stainless Steel Professional Pet Dog Grooming Bath tub

This tub is awesome, had a wrong part and the company shipped the correct one right away. The ramp is small and steep, but I don't need it. I have bathed 4 German Shepherds and a fat Golden Retriever. I am not using the hose that came with it as I don't have water ran to my garage where this is. The only thing that is there are holes on both side panels so cater can spray out, again in my garage so it is not a issue

Professional groomer here and this tub is great. Assembly was simple and took maybe 30 minutes. I had a couple hiccups along the way with the tub but customer service solved my issues quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and would definitely purchase again. Pictured is my 80+ labradoodle for size reference

Don’t waste your money. Shipment was delayed by weeks, understandable with what was going on at the time. Once I received it, the box was severely damaged with foot prints all over it. Once opening it up, the metal pieces were also damaged. There is NO instructions so good up figuring out how to put it together. I somehow figured it out and when I got to the drain, I realize the part is damaged. I contact the seller and after two messages and photos sent I get no response.

Update - we contacted customer service about the damaged drain bracket and the immediately sent a new one, no questions asked - so I'm really happy with the customer service experience. Overall, I'm happy with it. We choose this one because our space was tight and we couldn't spare the few extra inches of some of the other similar sized tubs. Definitely not made in the USA. Some of the issues: 1. We had the shipping damage that other reviewers have mentioned - had to bend things back into position to assemble the panels - not ideal, but it's just a tub. 2. Both side panels had the holes cut for the hardware, so we're having to find ways to plug the extra holes. Bonus of this is that we got to choose which side to put the hardware on 3. The drain hole is too small for the drain. We widened the opening a little, but still managed to damage the bracket that holds it in place. My husband had to jump on the drain it to force it in so it was flush with the bottom of the basin. Bonus is that it held his weight. 3. We have tons of cuts from handling the panels - gloves don't really solve the problem because you need to deal with small screws. It would be nice if they smoothed out the edges. 4. One trip to Ace to get adaptors and extensions and drain hardware to get it plumbed in. There are some non-standard size components that make this a bit more complicated...a big shout out to the friendly people at Ace. 5. The sliding door is kind of janky. It does the trick, but not smooth at all. Also, the ramp is short - we don't really have the space, but if we did - a longer ramp would be nice. 6. Not sure the valve in the faucet is going to hold up... We've had water dripping from the sprayer head a couple times 7. The directions are terrible. Not that putting this thing together is rocket science, it's pretty straightforward... But very literally some of the worst assembly directions I've ever seen. The good: 1. Sturdy frame 2. I like the shower head 3. It does exactly what we wanted.

The tub itself, made of OK construction, a little thin of a gauge, but looks like it will suffice for the work. 3 stars due to poor shipping prep which caused a few dents to the tub. Leg caps dont even fit, and CHEAP fittings. Faucet Bore holes in wall is off by 1/16 - 1/32. Normally not a big deal but off enough where you CANT use fittings other than their provided 3/4 x 1/2 reducer due to Center-to-Center measurement being off. Almost like their reducer is slightly smaller than all other reducer fittings you can get, even though they're 3/4 x 1/2 reducers MBE. Theirs is cheap and broke after tightening so much because it would NOT stop leaking, hope I can remove their broken fitting from the faucet female nut. Going to have to bore out the holes slightly bigger to allow center to center correction for better reducer. Expected better quality for the price and a lot less workmanship from the customer.

I just my item today. Firstly it came sooner than I expected it, which is AMAZING, second thing it is GORGEOUS. It is perfect, easy to build, perfect size. I mean I'm so so happy. And I already start to use it. An 80 lbs German Sheppard 😊

I love this tub! I had a very tight space and searched for months for a tub that would fit. This was perfect! I groom a 150 pound Leonberger and he fits! You can use the rack and grates for small dogs to save your back, or remove the steel rack for larger dogs. The only thing that I would change is the ramp. It is too short and steep for a big or older dog to navigate. I use a set of plastic steps instead. I would definitely purchase again.

I like this tub. Exactly what was described. Works well. I find it doesn't drain very well. I have to use a squeegee to scrape the excess water to go towards the drain.

It’s new but it’s like the box have been in an accident. Lot of dommage and imperfections. In this conditions its not worth this price tag.

The tub leaks. It leaks on the bottom welded corners as well as the seam between bottom of the tub and surround. Return is started but I am nor sure I can do it. I had to pay plumber to install it, now I have to pay plumber to disconnect it plus Return has to be in packaging. I do not have original packaging and i am not sure if i can package it myself, so i would have to pay another service person to help me do it. It seems much easier to ship assembled tub In one piece. I asked for replacement bottom of thr tub but was told it is impossible. So Return is not exactly a thing to achieve easily. Worst part is that I can get equivalent quality and size tub on wayfair for $1200. So at the moment, I am stuck with leaking tub and I am out $1800. My advice, do not buy it.

Item arrived damaged and I need to get it fixed. No option to contact seller I can’t return it because I need it! Product seems good but obviously corner smashed in and no option to request discount to repair Expensive unit to pay twice and wait for refund

Four stars because it’s great for the purpose of being a bath tub, but it’s not the highest quality. The frame is sturdy but the door sticks, I sprayed WD-40 to it and it’s sliding better but still needs a lot of force and sounds like you’re locking cattle in the cow pen. The tub grate is good for small dogs, but for big dogs it needs to be removed as the bars are plastic and also your dogs will be 6 feet high rinsing and that’s just a wet mess waiting to happen. Taking the grate out is tricking because the metal siding doesn’t align and it gets caught. The metal on the bottom of the grate is razor blade sharp and thin, I sliced my four fingers open when fighting to get it out and didn’t even realize until I noticed blood. The siding doesn’t sit quite right and actually has small openings where the metal touches but due to quality, it’s not quite touching enough so water seeps through. A little caulking glue and no biggie. I ended up having about 20 screws left over and they gave drywall screws for some which was useless obviously. The hoses it comes with are useless, I bought new piping and hose attachments as again, the quality of it was quite frankly garbage. Tub was delivered about a week after ordering and no real damage during transport like others have commented. Overall it’s a good tub and I’m happy with it, but there’s a few quarks to be mindful of!
