WITCHCRAFT
Have you ever had a nightmare where you looked into a mirror and watched the skin melt off of your face? This is kind of like that. After trying several products in an attempt to even my complexion and perhaps help make my T-zone look less like a russet potato, I stumbled across this Japanese marvel. After reading several positive reviews across multiple websites, I threw thirty dollars into the internet and received the product less than two days later, presumably delivered via techno-wizardry. My curiosity (CURE-iosity? Get it?) reached a melting point; I had to use it instantly. The first thing you notice is the big blue ambiguous word on the bottle: Cure. If you saw this product on a shelf without researching it first, you would have no idea what it does. Is it hand-soap sponsored by Robert Smith? Is it sanitizer? Is it the cure for EVERYTHING? It also reads in small text 'natural aqua gel', which makes no sense. After using this product, I'm pretty sure that nothing about this product is natural. It's the stuff of witches. Let's squirt some into our hand, shall we?Cure 'Natural' Aqua Gel is a cloudy clear color, and the consistency is that of jello when you take it out of the fridge too early (Stop being so impatient). The product claims to be 90% water; if this is to be believed, I can only assume that the remaining 10% is voodoo magic.I pumped some into my hand and rubbed it on my face; it's unremarkable at first. There's no lather, no cooling or warming sensation, and no little gritty bits scratching your face, as there is in exfoliating scrubs. I'm standing there in the mirror, massaging this smooth, watery goop into my face for about fifteen seconds wondering: "What did I just spend 30 dollars on?". Then it happens. As I massage the gel in circles on my face, suddenly that smooth feeling under my fingers starts to get a bit... gritty. I squeeze a bit more gel on my hands and continue, thinking maybe the gel is coagulating or something. The gritty feeling intensifies, and begins to feel more like i'm massaging rice into my face, and upon leaning closer into the mirror, I have to keep myself from screaming. It's skin. Oh god. THERE'S SKIN EVERYWHERE. I felt like a cicada shedding it's exoskeleton; there was balls of dead skin covering every inch of my face and hands. It's like when you were a kid and got craft glue on your hands, and got it off by rubbing them together. Except it's skin, and it's on your face.I spent the next two or three minutes shouting 'EW' and 'OH GOD IT'S SO GROSS' while continuing to rub my face; by this time it due to morbid fascination rather than desiring even coverage. I eventually couldn't stand the feeling of all the shedded skin on my face and hands anymore, so I leaned down to the sink and washed up. After drying my face, it looked like I just took off a mask; my face was clear, vibrant, soft, and squeaky clean. I put on some lotion and stared at the bottle of hoodoo magic for a bit before setting it on the counter. I've decided i'll always have a bottle of this.I have used it every two or three days for the past month; while I haven't had the same amount of dead skin sloughing off my face as the first time, there's always a good bit, and it's always slightly unnerving. Since then, my face has become soft and silky, free of blemishes entirely, and has started to clear up blackheads as well. It's as effective as it is disturbing, and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get real results with an exfoliating product. Just be ready to be grossed out.

My skin thanks Cure Natural Aqua Gel ^_^
THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING.When I ordered this product, I had previously done a whole research on Asian skin care products and found out that most of them were really expensive and sometimes didn't even work. So when I came across Cure Natural Aqua Gel on a Youtuber's Channel and found it was really inexpensive, with positive reviews, I was really excited to try it out. It arrived really fast and with no problems. My product was easy to apply since it came with English instructions on the back. When I applied it on my face, slowly and gently massaging it, I felt a bunch of little balls coming off. I was surprised that such a soft and gentle exfoliator could have such an enormous effect, so I checked the product to see if it had any hidden balls within it but found none. So, as I like to think, I conducted a small experiment that goes as follows:"Since some parts of our bodies have higher or lower concentration of dead cells, if I use the same amount of product on these areas I should get a different amount of dead cells. And if I get the same amount of "balls" it means it is all within the product. (Making sense? It does in my head XD)I decided to test two areas: 1) The elbows, 2) The faceWhy? Well, if there is a part of the body people clean(or at least within my family) it's the face. I know I am too lazy to scrub my body every single day and thus my elbows don't get such a nice treatment. Besides, elbows are a joint where skin accumulates, thus more dead cells. ( I am not an expert)Procedure:So I pumped twice and applied it on my elbow which I know has a big concentration of dead cells. And as hypothesized( if you like to think of it that way ;D) a big amount of balls formed. Then, I applied the same amount of product to a part of my dad's face as equal in surface area as that of my elbows (I had already exfoliated mine so it doesn't count). My conclusion was that the product truly works, because the same amount of product generated different amounts of balls, meaning it must have reacted to the skin. It's a weird way of testing it out and I know many factors could have influenced the answers but all you really need as proof, is the feel of your skin.Review:To really appreciate a product I write down my expectations VS. reality and with these, I draw my "real expectations" because having realistic expectations in mind really help to appreciate any product and understand it's value. For me these were my Expectations Vs RealityExpectationsYes, we all have wished our acne would simply disappear, together with the scars and all those skin problems after one application. "My skin will turn to a beautiful and healthy glowing and perfect skin."RealityAfter years of doing nothing to my skin( I am guilty -.-), it won't go away magically, and if it does call me. Skin needs time to repair, so I have to be patient. There is no "perfect" skin so I should love my skin the way it is even though I look like a Mexican version of a vampire.ResultsThe product is as gentle as you want it to be( if your not gentle with your skin you can scar it even more -.- like I did when I exfoliated with sugar and rubbed so hard on my skin). It has only being 2 weeks, and My acne is still there, but it has tremendously dwindled. I used to have acne all over my cheeks and now I only get one pimple every other day. My skin doesn't "glow" in the dark (LOL) but it does look a little more healthy and not so dull. The product has caused no "after effects", it is pleasant to use and has done close to magic for my skin \(^_^)/OVER ALLI am so happy with this beautiful product sent from heaven. I have lived with acne my whole life like a lot of people, and I did my research, bought this product and now I am happy. It is worth every penny, and it does wonders(at least to my face), fast shipping, you name it.I use this product with my skin care routine which is as follows:1) A make up remover (if you wear make up, I don't so I can't recommend any but oils are good too if you want a more natural way)2) A cleanser- use any of your preference, i haven't found a favorite yet.3) An exfoliator- THIS ONE!4) A toner- for this I use half Apple cider vinegar and half water because i don't like the idea of rubbing any alcohol product on my face.5)A moisturizer- Even if I have oily skin, I moisturize my skin(I think is very important but can't tell if it will make it worst for others or not) I recommend Aveeno6) Masks- sometimes I use honey for my red scars, or clay masks work too (Indian Clay)7) A Spray - Avene Thermal Spring water spray is great to keep face moisturize if you don't want to apply face cream often, its a lighter feeling.Sorry for my bad English, Spanish is my first language. This is only my opinion and my craziness :D

It truly works! Baby soft face in minutes! Feeling Beautiful without hiding my skin under foundation!
I love this product! It truly works. I'm in my early 20s, asian/filipino, lighter-medium skin tone. Combination dry and oily skin. With occasional break outs, mostly on my cheeks or chin when they happen. And I know that it is skin coming off,not product flaking off. How? Because my skin was rough and dry with months of negligence. The first run through, I saw rolls of skin, which I knew were skin because it didn't look white. If you've ever scrubbed your skin to deeply exfoliate with a towel or with enough friction with your hands, or have ever rubbed your hands long enough as a child to see the tiny rolls of skin cells ball up... That's what it looks like--kinda gross to describe. But it confirms it is not fake. Of course after frequent use... For me every 2-3 days one application a day, and after 3-4 applications total (~1.5 weeks worth) I did notice the little skin balls lightening up and less in amount with each use, but at the same time... My face is much softer than its before exfoliation state, so perhaps I have already eliminated the couple months worth of dead skin accumulation, and revealed fresh skin with only couple days worth of dead, dry skin cells...so I'm sure there isn't much to exfoliate off once you've started to maintain your skin. After applying either my shiseido mattifying moisturizer, or any of my other moisturizers desired at the moment, my already smooth face felt and looked more smooth and soft than I could have ever imagined. In fact, I'm noticing less random breakouts despite sweating from the blazing Texas summer heat. Less dead skin cells means less stuff clogging pores.I feel comfortable walking out without foundation. On occasion, I might mix a couple drops of foundation into a pea-dime size amount of moisturizer to apply very sheer coverage. A bb cream would be well enough coverage, and full application of foundation is not necessary. Which I love because I hate wearing heavy face makeup in humid, steamy, Houston summer weather. I end up sweating it off or it feels like it's melting off and by a couple of hours in the sun, 1 hour of tedious blending and setting goes to waste. Now, I can feel comfortable in my own clear, radiant, soft skin! And feeling beautiful naturally is a feeling that is priceless for any woman.$30 is a bargain for the size of the bottle, and a little goes a long way to get desired results! And I received my product it perfect new condition in less than 1 week.I highly recommend this to anyone to at least give it a try! Each person has different skin conditions. If it doesn't work with your skin, then maybe pass it on to a friend who might be able to benefit from its magic.

Good for sensitive skin
I got my makeup done for a wedding, and the make up artist used this to cleanse my face before applying make up. It exfoliated so well but also so general. I have sensitive skin, and there was no redness or irritation afterwards. I bought I the next day. I use it 2-3x a week and so far it is 10/10.

Make sure you read my review before use!!!
So I was sold on all the positive reviews, before buying... and that's why I bought this. In the back of my mind, I didn't know what to expect. Some background: I'm a 37-year old fair-skinned Asian-American male. I have had a facial skincare routine every day of my life since I turned 30 years old. For 5 years, as far as cleansing goes, I was always using Stridex daily, and 2x a month using an acid exfoliator (the Olay serum/scrub kit). For the last couple years, I have switched to a basic water-based cleanser, and every 6-12 weeks I have applied either a 15% or 25% TCA chemical peel. In other words, I'm no stranger to what exfoliation feels like.As a kid, growing up, in the bath or shower, I would often scratch or rub my arms or legs to really give myself a deep clean. It would produce these "strands" of dead epidermis. But I would have to rub those areas really hard.Well, this "CURE" gel basically eliminates the need for all that rubbing/scratching. You rub gently over your face and within 15 seconds, sure enough, the epidermis starts to flake or "ball" off! Now, before I purchased, I read some people saying that if this was really your skin, that you'd be suffering from burns on your face. And I have two responses: (1) each time I apply this "CURE" gel, I squirt 4 pumps into my hands, and cover my face with it, and it appears to take off somewhere between 1/3 to 1/2 of (the dead stratum corneum layer of) my epidermis skin layer; and (2) a lot of the skin that is flaking or balling off is actually from your HANDS, not your face!Of course, you've read the reviews that claim that this product does nothing.Well, so I ran all the following tests:(a) First, when I wore a plastic glove and rubbed the gel between my fingers, there was absolutely ZERO balling, even after rubbing 3 minutes until it dried. So, that basically eliminated all these claims in these negative 1-star reviews that it was due to coagulation of the gel.(b) Then, I applied the lotion once, rinsed off, applied again, rinsed off, and applied again, rinsed off. Each of those 3 times I had the balling/flaking results. 3 times! Now, a note: by the time I rinsed off the third time, my skin was dry and stinging. It was the same kind of stinging I get from applying a 15% TCA peel! Maybe not as strong, so maybe it's similar to a 7% TCA peel, but the sensation is definitely the same. And that stinging sensation comes where the TCA peel most affects me--around my nostrils, and under my chin.(c) My third experiment was on a separate evening, where I applied the lotion with a plastic glove (you can also wear a plastic sandwich bag, like a glove, instead). This time, on the 3rd pass, I no longer got the balling/flaking results. Instead, when I used the leftover gel from this 3rd pass attempt on my forearm, well, the dead epidermis started to ball/flake.(d) My last experiment was to try applying this in the shower. And it didn't work! This gel doesn't work at all if you try to apply it to a wet face. It only works (and works REALLY well!) if you apply it to a clean dry face!!!The results are remarkable. My skin is glowing after using this product. So after reading all this, what am I trying to tell you?:#1: This stuff is for real, most definitely. The stuff balling up is most definitely your dead epidermis.#2: It's best to apply this with something, instead of direct contact with your hands. I will continue using a plastic glove or plastic bag to apply.#3. If you decide to apply this 2-3 times in a row, you may exfoliate all your epidermis, and you better cover up with an SPF lotion.#4. Only apply on a dry face!I hope this helps some of you in your usage or purchasing decisions. Cheers.1-WEEK UPDATE: If you wear a plastic glove while applying, you may need to rub with significantly more pressure because the plastic is slick and there's no friction to rub the surface epidermis away. But more amazingly, after about a week of use, it has gently removed about 30% of a discoloration caused by a popped pimple. Usually I have to wait months for it to go away, or I use deep exfoliation on it and it gets irritated and sticks around longer. Finally, after a week of use, I've also discovered that my Ponds pore strips are much more effective now on my pores. Overall, I'm convinced that the balling of skin looks so strange because it is an agglomeration ('mixture') of both your dead skin and the product itself (which isn't so far-fetched given that the product isn't supposed to necessarily magically disappear!). I'm quite happy with the gentleness of this product.

Great for Sensitive Skin!
This was a pretty expensive purchase for me but I finally decided to get it. I had heard about Cure for a couple years but it was quite pricey so I decided to research other exfoliators that act like this one. If you don't know what this exfoliator is, it's a gel that you apply to your face and it loosens dead skin cells. Then when you rub your skin, the friction causes the skin cells to clump together and leaves your face with a newer layer of skin (it's basically a chemical peel, but much much gentler?). I wanted a gentle exfoliator since I have sensitive skin, and I felt like gritty exfoliators never did the trick or were too harsh. I got the Skin79 Crystal peeling Gel and it worked well! I had that one for over a year and I was running low so I decided to finally get Cure as the price per mL was cheaper than the Skin79 one. I'll sort of compare the two, so maybe that will help you decide on something. The first thing I noticed about Cure was that the gel is quite watery. Use small pumps when applying it to your face so that it doesn't drip through your fingers. There is a very faint scent of alcohol but it isn't noticeable or irritating. Skin79's gel is more gel-like and thicker, which I think is easier in the application. There is, however, a very heavy scent, and although it is pleasant, I'd prefer no scent as fragrances can irritate the skin. When applying either, it's best to apply a good layer that covers your skin. If it's too thin, it will dry before you can really rub a lot of the skin off, and if it's too thick, it'll waste product and be quite messy. I find that applying a layer all over your face and waiting about 45 seconds before rubbing makes it easer than just rubbing the hell out of your skin. The product needs a bit of time to start working, and you can see parts of dead skin turning whitish when you let the product sit on it. If you start rubbing right after you apply it, you'll be rubbing for a while before you get any clumps. Both products make your skin clump similarly, but I think Cure dries a bit faster because it's more liquid-y, so it might be easier to work in sections (like do the bottom half of your face and then your forehead). Both leave great results; visibly smoother and softer skin. Exfoliating helps minimize acne, as there is less dead skin clogging up your pores. Use it weekly for the best results (don't use it every day as that might inflame your skin and waste product ). And for those that think it's fake or that it's the product and not your skin that is clumping up, it's not. I've tested both on my bathroom tiles and nothing ever clumps up. I've also tried exfoliating back to back and while the first time there was a lot of dead skin, the second time there was barely any (because you exfoliated most of the dead skin off). I definitely recommend this to people with sensitive and acne-prone skin! You might want to try the Skin79 one before shelling out the money for this, but this big bottle of Cure will last quite a while!

Great for senstive skin
This is very good for people with senstive skin like eczema. Apply it on DRY skin and gently rub, and dead skin would literally start coming out. Just be careful not to rub the dead skin onto the skin as an exfolliant because it can irritate the skin.
