I'm so happy with the way this futon turned out. It was a little more challenging to put together then the video showed but it turned out so great. I got it to go in my crafting/sitting room. I love that the drawers don't actually attach to the bottom of the futon and can be rolled out and away from the futon. Perfect for my crafts.

Only received the frame - no mattress so the comfort level really sucks as much as the customer service support. The strapping stapled to the boards for the back and seat was backwards to the directions. We had to undo the strapping and flip the boards and re-staple the strapping to allow us to continue assembly. The pre-drilled wholes for slide control knobs and pegs were the exact size of the pegs' diameter so we got a hammer out and made the pegs fit. No cotter pins necessary. Delivery was late and we are still waiting on that mattress with no help from UPS or Amazon.

This is a good, solid, comfortable futon sold at a very reasonable price. I was able to put it together myself (I'm a relatively sedentary female in her 60s) with the exception of lifting the mattress frame into the main frame and aligning it and lifting the mattress onto the frame, which I accomplished with the help of my husband. The drawers aren't set in a frame and just slide on wheels on the bottoms of each drawer under the edge of the futon. It seems to go from bed to seated and back fairly easily and is roomier than some futons. Overall very pleased.

It’s really nice but it did not come with drawers like it is pictured with! If I would have noticed before I put it together it it would have been a deal breaker. I don’t think they should be able to sell it showing drawers when it doesn’t come with them!

A lot more comfortable than I expected! Very satisfied. The only dislike is the drawers, would have liked them to attach to the futon. Other than that no complaints!

This was relatively easy to assemble. Took my husband and I maybe an hour or so. The mattress is surprisingly comfortable and the drawers are a nice addition!

The futon arrived and I was a little overwhelmed because I thought it was going to be difficult to assemble. I was wrong!! It was super easy. I pur it together in a couple of hours while watching TV. At the end, my husband had to get off the couch and help me. So the final steps will need a second person.But the pieces feel like quality wood. It’s heavy and the color was rich and beautiful!!! I bought this for my home office and it was money well spent. The mattress is going to take some time to settl in the sitting position, but it’s fairly big and very comfortable! The sides come up and down. Do when I am sitting on the futon, I have a place to put my phone, drinks, or a book. I did buy a slip cover to keep dog hair off of the original futon. The material is soft and velvety. A perfect dog hair magnet. All in all, this futon, It was a great choice.

Very nice looking piece of furniture!! I just got it so I can't really speake in it's comfort and durability yet....that remains to be seen.
