Like the value for the size. I can't believe it took me so long to try these noodles. PROS: -- Can soak them beforehand for a faster cook -- They are great on their own with just some sauce -- Can be used for so many kinds of meals No negatives, IMO. I just had to learn not to overcook them. They are easy to get to the right texture in very little time. I use these for stirfry and boiled. They taste so good with any kind of sauce. I'm going to try using these the next time I make a spaghetti sauce, just to see!

Good quality, texture and price.

I truly enjoyed my Pad Thai. After following the preparation instructions, I found that the taste and quality of the noodles was great. They maintained a perfect texture that complemented the other ingredients beautifully, making for a delicious homemade meal. In addition to the high quality, I think this product is a good value for the price. It is often difficult to find authentic-tasting noodles that are easy to prepare, but these exceeded my expectations. I would certainly recommend them to others looking to recreate a classic Pad Thai experience in their own kitchen 👍

Nice to have a whole grain option. They cook easier than some other rice based noodles. Used to purchase it at Ralphs supermarket (part of the Kroger chain), then they dropped it before recently. The noodles that I bought from Amazon were 'new and improved', and they do cook more evenly than before.
