Q: Can i turn on vacuum from another location, like from a different house thru the app? Or i need to be home to turn on?.

No u cant.. it's a bluetooth connected device.. however the app does carry a function where u can set a cleaning schudel for every day or the week where as soon as the set time of the day arrives the robot will start its function until battery runs low.. I suggest u remove any cords or anything that would tangle the robot. Because if it gets tangled it will stop working.

Q: Will it run over dog poop?

It will make a mess. Dont run it over that..

Q: What are the black strips with adhesive backing for? I can't find them in the manual.

They are to attach the mop pad to the bottom of the robot. I believe I saw it in the manual. I’ve had mine a couple months now and haven’t used the “mop”.

Q: Mine didn’t come with a charger? What do I do?
