ZERO STARS! AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS! I SUSPECT THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE!. I ordered this vanilla extract 07/2020 thinking it would be a quality mexican vanilla extract and it is not even close! I have been to mexico many times and have purchased mexican vanilla extract every visit. This product is HORRIBLE! It has such a strong alcohol/medicine taste and smell that it is repulsive. This cannot be used in anything because of how disgusting the taste is! All the other vanilla extracts I have bought in mexico smells and tastes like VANILLA! My wife and myself actually felt ill after ingesting a small amount. I have contacted the seller demanding a refund since I bought this product in good faith that it would be quality, authentic, mexican vanilla extract, and it is absolutely not. Hopefully they are a legitimate business and will refund my money. I also informed them that it will not be acceptable for them to try to make me pay shipping back for a falsely advertised product. I will update my review when they have contacted me.

We use vanilla every day in our house, so surprisingly a gallon goes pretty quick. This keeps forever, but that is about a year in our home and this gives the best taste to our pancakes, cookies, granola, smoothies, ice cream, and schnapps. Love it!

Was not as strong as what I have had in the past

I bought this a while ago. I still have half a gallon left. I do a lot of desserts and cakes, Pies, cheesecakes. This is by far the best vanilla you can use for these recipes. I highly recommend you get this every time.

I thought this was extract, but it’s tainted with corn syrup
