Hey, what organs are included in this toy? My 6 year old is weirdly obsessed with the spleen.

The spleen is included, but not as it's own organ. It is combined in the diaphragm, a larger bump on the left of what is supposed to make up the diaphragm, spleen, and pancreas, I think. The liver, stomach, trachea, lungs, intestines, bladder, and brain are all included as well and individual pieces.

Does it come with male and female parts?

It doesn't come with either male or femal parts. It covers mostly skeleton, nervous system organs (brain, heart, lungs, intestines). Our son loves it.

Does it come with quiz cards?

It comes with a book. No quiz cards

Does this come with 12 plastic bones and muscles and 9 removable organs?

i dont know exactly how many bones its like a complete skull, leg, rib cage, arm, foot, hand and several removable organs...my son loves it.
