How do you calibrate this? It didn’t come with the test solutions

You don't do anything, just stick the test strip in and wait for the little blood drop emblem, then touch it to your blood. They don't come with control solution. Hope this is what you were looking for.

how can i shut off alarms so they never ring?

hold the power button (M) until it beeps and you see 12hr in the upper left corner of the screen. then hit (M) until you see the screen say "Yes No 1" where the 1 is blinking. This is your alarm screen, if you (S) at this screen it will select No and your alarm will no longer ring.
