Wow! This is a game changer
I use this to combat acid reflux. I wash it down with apple cider vinegar and it allowed me to discontinue with Prilosec. I could not be happier.

For heartburn problems - look no further
This product did the trick in relieving and preventing my heartburn and digestive problems I encountered after meals. I take 1-2 before or immediately after meals and I'm good. Great price!

It works!
You can take a pill either before or after you food; try both ways & see which one is the most effective. They are a small price to pay for better digestion!

Works as expected!
It really works! I use after my evening meal. Usually a heavy meal and it does help me not to have heart burn. Very satisfied. I was able to quit omprazole (slowly weaned off of it) and then just use this for the occasional heart burn after heavy meals.

Amazing
Before taking this, I would get really nauseous after meals I would also get really bloated every day and suffer from indigestion! I now take it before any large or high protein meal and don't get any of the symptoms I used to get! Pill size is perfect too, I have never been able to take horse pills but this one is so easy to swallow! Don't regret buying this at all! It has actually helped me out a lot !

Avoid if sensitive to pepsin
I liked that these were a lower dose than a lot of other brands of Betain HCL but I did notice that pepsin in it caused some digestive discomfort. The tablets were easy to swallow and like a said a low enough dose that was easy to adjust if you were eating a bigger or smaller meal. If you are sensitive to pepsin though like I am it can exasperate your symptoms. I do t think it’s a brand issue just a personal ingredient sensitivity.
