Replacement Portable Travel Power Adapter Wall Charger for Microsoft Surface Pro 3 12 Inch Tablet (Pro 3 Wall Charger)

Works great for about 2 months, and that's only using it 1-2 days a week when I travel. Then it stopped working suddenly and I was stuck with no way of charging my Surface Pro 3. You will be too unless you're fortunate enough to have a Microsoft store close by, since these chargers are very hard if not impossible to find at local retailers like Best Buy or Micro Center. I read this same review from other buyers and thought it was just an exception or someone not taking care of the connector wires...Not so! You get what you pay for in this case, so don't take a chance on this product if a working tablet is important to you! I have a feeling the other positive reviews come from those like me who had a good experience in the first few uses without knowing the product would not last. Also, even though I only used it a few times, it cannot be returned since it is past the Amazon return timeline.

Works Well. I bought this to use with my Surface Pro 3 while on the road. It it ideal ofr travel. The cord is a tad on the short side and I wish it had a USB outlet on the brick part as does the original but for the price, it is a good bargain.

It's not the best charger ever, but it worked for me in a pinch. I am not expecting this to last a long time. It can get hot, so don't leave it plugged in overnight. It is just good if you've forgotten the real charger or if you're traveling. I would not use this as a replacement charger though. Buy an official Microsoft one.

It died after 3 uses.

A good replacement plug for the Microsoft Surface Pro. I have had no problems using this replacement wall charger. It is not as well made as the one from Microsoft but it's lots cheaper and when I needed it, one was not available from Microsoft. I have used it for over a month.

Bought one... it worked great for a few weeks, so I bought another. After a few weeks more neither works properly. When the device is turned off and plugged in it does seem to charge, but when turned on the battery just drains more slowly, even with no accessories connected. It seems this is not capable of providing the power necessary to run AND charge the device after it has been used for a while. Guessing something failed or was underspec'd in the circuitry. The original power supply from Microsoft is still working as expected.

Works like a champ and the shipping was fast. I got the package within 2 days of ordering.

Works but gets hot.. I don't like that very much, so I don't use it for too long
