Removable Liner Inserts cannot be added to increase their absorbency. Long Pantyliners are 12” (30cm) long and approx 2.5” (6 cm) wide when fastened. Suitable for spotting, lighter days, or for everyday leaks throughout the month. Note: When choosing the appropriate length for you, please allow for a 5-10% rate of shrinkage after washing. Construction 2 Layer, 100% cotton flannel base topped with gusset panel made with 2 layers of soft and absorbent 100% cotton fleece. Nickel-free, Silver-plated brass single snap fastening. Performance Pantyliners are suitable for daily discharge, light menstrual flow or as back up for a menstrual cup. Lunapads Pantyliners will last approximately as long (per use) as a comparably-sized disposable pantyliner. However, unlike most disposable pantyliners, Lunapads do not contain any added chemicals, gels, or super absorbent polymers. Given this, Lunapads users need to be mindful of changing their pantyliner as frequently as their flow dictates in order to prevent soaking through. Lunapads will last upwards of 5 years with recommended usage and care. Many of our customers report they still own some Lunapads from 10 years ago!

It is worth it
Oh Lunapads where have you been all my life? I am a first time Lunapad user and i decided to switch to clothpads because the disposable liners and pads would always give me infections,i would feel hot down there and would get bumps I guess from the material of the disposables.I am so glad that I did because the liners and the pads are soft and comfortable,made if cotton and most of all the colors dont bleed .The long pads ,long pantyliners and overnight pads are long that it starts from a little below your pubic area and reach up to your buttocks without feeling umcomfortable or paddish if you know what i mean.Again they are soft, breathable,and gives enough coverage without making you feel uncomfortable.I did alot of research before I chose Lunapads. i orginally ordered from Dominopads before i knew about Lunapads based on their reviews but when I found out Dominopads are made of bamboo instead of cotton I cancelled the order and I am glad I did.Thanks Lunapads and Amazon..
