No there meant to stick on a wall.

Can it stick to a car?

I would think if the car is clean and the paint is in good condition and shiny it would stick okay. The part that would concern me is the weather, and I don't think it would survive a car wash (particularly a automated). They are sticky, but they are not super tacky as you can remove them from the wall and it leaves no residue behind. If you are doing it for a special occasion, it would be fine. Long term probably not the best solution.
