Good ham
So I will first say my initial impression was that this is a bit expensive for ham, but after looking at other options for Jamon Iberico, its actually pretty good. The flavor was very good and reminded me of what I had in spain. I dont know how long this was stored at Amazon before it was fulfilled by prime, but the quality was still good. I saw the comments about people receiving it spoiled - I didnt have any issues.

Great product but time and temp issues.
This product is amazing. Order it all the time here and overseas. I live in Central Florida, which is as hot as hell right now and decided I could get some for a party off of Amazon as our butcher shop ran out. Time and temperature. Bad news when it arrived. Couldn’t serve it to our guests. This is coming from a professional chef of 20 years.
