It works just as advertised. One of the included games didn't work, and the seller sent a replacement right away! No hassles at all.

I am sorry the company is called retro refresh I am really disappointed I got the gaming system with the game stuck in the gaming system and it won't come out that's how it was delivered to me very upset and disappointed I have since sent it back and never did get a refund for y'all whoever's going to buy gaming systems that they no longer make anymore do not go to Retro fresh look online and see if there's some other company that sells the product you want because if you get it from retro fresh it does not work they won't work they tell you they do and they'll tell you how it work when we had it or it work when we got it back believe me that company does not sell quality products that work

The console worked great at first then stopped playing games. I returned it and received another console within a week. The new console works so far with the games I have. 5 stars for service.

I bought this for my husband for an early Christmas present. He wanted one last year, but I honestly thought he was teasing lol. He is having a total blast playing and says it reminds him of days gone by. The system and controllers work great. The only issue is Mario 2 and Mario 3 will not play, we only get a white screen. We have contacted the seller requesting replacement for these two games. Otherwise, totally happy with the purchase

I absolutely love my new/refurbished NES!! There was a minor problem with my first console but I reached out to DKOldies and they responded immediately and even though we are in a pandemic they sent me a replacement console quickly and they were very helpful and also polite. I recommend these guys to everyone and my nintendo works great! I'm having a bit of a controller issue but I am communicating with the seller and I am confident this also will be resolved in a timely manner with the utmost courtesy.

The console and games work just fine however can’t play any of them because neither controller works. Had to order two new controllers and hope they will work. Quite disappointing.

Works great and well worth every penny
